My Take on the “New” Tea Party

There is a new Tea Party in town, The Gateway Grassroots Initiative. They claim they are a “harder, better, faster and stronger conservative grassroots movement.” What does that mean? Sounds like an ego problem.

The Tea Party represents Patriotic Americans who are concerned about their country. Tea Party people want their leaders to follow the Constitution; they want limited Government; less taxes and for Government to be fiscally responsible. Therefore, anyone or any Candidate who possess those attributes can call themselves a Tea Party Patriot.

“Gateway Grassroots Initiative is built around action items (T.I.P.s) with the purpose of promoting conservatism. Their mission is to attract, educate, organize, and mobilize fellow Gateway area citizens to secure a culture consistent with our three core values of fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government, and free markets.” Wasn’t that what the Tea Party stands for?

“Gateway Grassroots Initiative is formed around the ideal that every American citizen has the personal privilege and responsibility of becoming a “minuteman” for their country in various ways. Many are well on their way to doing this, through their blogs, to running for office, becoming a precinct captain, running for their local school board, organizing petitions, fighting for voter integrity. However, Gateway Grassroots Initiative is uninterested in endorsing or singularly promoting candidates, instead choosing to focus on ideas.” GGI calls for “minutemen” to run for public office, yet the GGI will not promote or help them get elected. So, how is that helping the Conservative movement?

“Gateway Grassroots Initiative wants to court the liberal arts, entertainment, and Hollywood crowd. We intend to use pop culture as an ally in this fight.” How does courting the liberal arts, entertainment, and Hollywood crowd going to help the Conservative movement? If anything, the education needs to start with the children before they enter public schools, aka. indoctrination centers. There is no need to court anyone. It is better to stand on principles and have the people come to you.

The GGI's first two initiatives are 1, starting a book club and 2, a blanket drive to keep people warm. OK? How does starting a book club or conducting a blanket drive help Constitutional, limited government, fiscally responsible candidates get elected to office or the Conservative movement? Wouldn’t it be better to have the right people in office so people have jobs and enough money to buy their own blankets?

The goal of the Tea Party should be to support and help elect Conservative candidates who want limited government and who will follow the Constitution. Otherwise, what’s the point? In order to change the direction this country is headed we need to elect Conservative candidates.

Fort Hood, "Workplace Violence?"

Islamic Terrorism and Fort Hood Massacre

DOD's classifies the Fort Hood massacre as "workplace violence." How ridiculous!! However, did you expect anything different coming from this administration and the PC climate that exists today.

When the incident first occurred, the so-called mainstream news media reported that Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan a 39-year-old Army psychiatrist at Fort Hood opened fire at the base shooting and killing 13 people, (12 soldiers and a civilian) and wounding several others. Yet, in their reporting they failed to mention that he was a Muslim. Political correctness at it’s best.

Prior to the shooting Hasan shouted "Allahu Akbar!" — an Arabic phrase for "God is great!"

Some people, along with the media are making excuses for this murdering terrorists claiming Hasan may have suffered from “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder,” even though he was never in combat. They also claimed he was upset about going to Afghanistan although he would not have been on the front line; he was a psychiatrist and would have been behind the lines supposedly counseling troubled soldiers. What about the soldiers that were treated by this psychiatrist? How were they affected?

An imam from a mosque Hasan regularly attended said Hasan, a lifelong Muslim, was a committed soldier, gave no sign of extremist beliefs, regularly wore his uniform at prayers and was looking for a wife. Perhaps he did this terrorist act so he could meet the 72 virgins.

Even President Barack Hussein Obama wants to be politically correct and make excuses for this killer. When the incident first occurred at Fort Hood Obama said in a statement, "We don't know all the answers yet. And I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts." Ironically, he jumped to conclusions regarding the incident with the white police officer from Cambridge and the black professor from Harvard.

Obama said. "It's difficult enough when we lose these brave Americans in battles overseas. It is horrifying that they should come under fire at an Army base on American soil." He's concerned about the soldiers’ safety at home. I'm concerned about their safety wherever they are. They are on our team.

Now, Obama states, “We can not fully know what leads a man to do such a thing,” referring to the radical Muslim jihadist that struck at Fort Hood. Would you expect anything else coming from Obama? After all he said he has empathy for the terrorists who on 9/11 crashed the planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the field in Pennsylvania killing thousands of American citizens. He also said we, the American citizens should have empathy for them. Obama is an embarrassment, an appeaser and is dangerous regarding America's safety.

The military is also being politically correct and are refraining from revealing that Hasan was a Muslim with anti-American sentiments. Investigators were trying to piece together how and why Hasan allegedly gunned down his comrades.

Here are the facts about Hasan that are known:

Hasan attended the Maryland graduate military medical program and classmates there complained to the faculty about Hasan's "anti-American propaganda," but said a fear of appearing discriminatory against a Muslim student kept officers from filing a formal complaint.Another classmate said Hasan once gave a jarring presentation to students in which he argued the war on terrorism was a war against Islam.

Dr. Val Finnell complained to administrators at the military university about what he considered Hasan's "anti-American" rants. Finnell said, "He at least should have been confronted about these beliefs, told to cease and desist, and to shape up or ship out."

Hasan reported for duty at Fort Hood in July, after working at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington for six years. Though Hasan apparently had problems at Walter Reed, officials at the Fort Hood hospital said they weren't aware of any issues with his job performance. The problem was he is a Muslim and because of political correctness (PC) nothing was done.

Hasan had SOA (Soldiers of Allah) on his business cards.

At least six months prior to the Fort Hood shooting, Hasan came to the attention of law enforcement officials because of Internet postings about suicide bombings and other threats, including posts that equated suicide bombers to soldiers who throw themselves on a grenade to save the lives of their comrades.

Hasan gave away his belongings including his clothing and a copy of the Quran and said his good-byes prior to the massacre.

Before he began shooting Hasan shouted, "Allahu Akbar!" — an Arabic phrase for "God is great!"

The shooter was a Muslim, had anti-American sentiments and did not want to go to Afghanistan.

What occurred at Fort Hood was a terrorist act, by a radical Muslim jihadist that Obama refuses to address, as well as the so-called mainstream media and the military. The American people need to wake up and they must remember, the radical Muslims believe Americans are infidels; and the infidels will have to convert to Islam, be enslaved or killed. So, beware of the “Trojan Horse,” Osama bin Laden and the Muslim Brotherhood called for a “Civilization-Jihadist Process,” in which they would destroy the Western civilization from within. They stated we do not want to democratize Islam, we want to Islamize democracy. That is what we want. Are Muslims infiltrating America to destroy it from within?

There are a lot of people that are putting a blind eye to the threat that is out there. Another example is when the six imams who were acting suspiciously on a US Airways flight 300 in November 2006 and were removed from the plane. The imams were seated throughout the plane. Two imams who claimed two first-class seats said their tickets were upgraded. However, the gate agent told police that when the imams asked to be upgraded, they were told no such seats were available. Nevertheless, the two men were seated in first class when they were removed. Three of the men asked for seat-belt extenders, although the men were not oversized. The flight attendant said, rather than attach the extensions, the men placed the straps and buckles on the cabin floor. Witnesses told law enforcement that the men spoke in Arabic and English, criticizing the war in Iraq and President Bush, and talking about al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. According to witnesses, police reports and aviation security officials, the imams displayed other suspicious behavior. Therefore, they were removed from the plane.

The imams felt profiled, humiliated, and discriminated against by their treatment, and subsequently sued the airline with the assistance of CAIR, Council on American Islamic Relations. CAIR is America's largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization. The case was settled and a CAIR spokesman stated, “The settlement of this case is a clear victory for justice and civil rights over fear and the phenomenon of 'flying while Muslim’ in the post-9/11 era.”

Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, Texas Democrat, said the September 11 terrorist attacks "cannot be permitted to be used to justify racial profiling, harassment and discrimination of Muslim and Arab Americans."

I believe these imams were testing the system to see what they can get away with. They also wanted to make people reluctant to report suspicious activity by Muslims in the future for fear of being called a racist and a religious bigot.

More recently, there were the two Muslims who made a test run on an airplane with items packed in their luggage resembling explosive devices along with knives and box cutters. They did not deem the incident as an act of terror. Did they at least put them on the “No Fly” list?

President Obama said, “The United States is not and will never be at war with Islam.” Unfortunately, Islam is at war with America and the American people must remain vigilant, with or without the help of the Obama Administration, the military or the so-called Mainstream Media.

Ed Martin, Conservative for MO District 2

Ed Martin is the true conservative in the US Congressional race for the newly formed 2^nd District in Missouri and he deserves to be supported. The Democrat/Statist’s policies and rhetoric are detrimental to this country. Being concerned with the direction this country is headed Ed Martin wanted to do something about it. Therefore, Ed Martin ran against Russ Carnahan with a Conservative message for the Third Congressional District of Missouri in the 2010 election when no establishment Republican wanted to do so. The Third Congressional District of Missouri in 2010 favored the Democrats. He came up a little short of votes to win on election night.

Why should a candidate run for office? Should they run only if they are in a secure district, hoping for an easy victory or should they run because the opposing party's policies and rhetoric are detrimental to this country? The establishment GOP did not run against the Incumbent Russ Carnahan. Why? Why did they not challenge Russ Carnahan or Dick Gephardt in the past? Was it because they never wanted to challenge the Democrats and the Status quo? Was it because it would have been a tough election? Was it because that was Dick Gephardt's District, and the Democrat/Statists owned and were entitled to that fiefdom.

Now, the newly formed 2^nd District favors a Republican Candidate and Ann Wagner enters the race. Why didn’t Ann Wagner challenge Russ Carnahan or Dick Gephardt in prior elections? Ed Martin is a Conservative and did the leg work in the previous election and his positions have not changed, therefore he deserves to be supported. There is much work to be done to get America back on track and it starts with electing common sense conservatives like Ed Martin to be the people’s representatives.

Where is the loyalty?

Ed Martin is the true conservative in the US Congressional race for the newly formed 2nd District in Missouri. Ed Martin was endorsed by the St. Louis Tea Party in the 2010 election, however this time there are factions in the Tea Party who no longer support Ed Martin, but instead are supporting Ann Wagner. Whether Ann is a Conservative or not, is not the point; my question is, “Where is the loyalty?” Ed did the leg work when he ran against Russ Carnahan with a Conservative message for the Third Congressional District of Missouri in the 2010 election when no establishment Republican wanted to do so, because the Third Congressional District of Missouri favored the Democrats. In the end he came up a little short of votes to win the election. Ed is now running in the newly formed 2nd, which favors the Republicans and his positions have not changed. So why would someone who supported Ed in the previous campaign no longer want to support him now? What are their reasons? This country is in dire straights and there is much work to be done to get America back on track. It starts with electing common sense conservatives like Ed Martin to be the people’s representatives.

The Statists View on the Tea Party v. Occupy Movement

Some people want to compare the Occupy movement with the Tea Party. The only comparison I see is they are groups of people; however, the difference is they have different agendas. The Tea Party does not want America to be TRANSFORMED into a Socialist/Communist state, whereas, the Occupy crowd does. The Tea Party talks about self reliance and limited government, whereas the Occupy movement wants to end Capitalism and expand government. The Tea Party has been vilified by the Statists and the Mainstream Media, by being called condescending and defamatory names such as extremists and terrorists in order to marginalize and silence them. Whereas the Occupy movement has been embraced by the Statists and the Mainstream Media.

It was Barack Hussein Obama who said he wanted to TRANSFORM America. Unfortunately, not enough people asked into what. True Americans do NOT want their country turned into a Socialist State. The Statists were uncivil and condescending when they rammed Obamacare through Congress against the wishes of the majority of the American people, but there was no mention of their unruly actions in the so-called Main Stream Media.

According to the Statists and the so-called Mainstream Media the Tea Party are “Terrorists,” among other things. As expected, they embrace the Occupy Movement. Let’s compare the rhetoric from them regarding both groups. The following are statements made by them regarding the Occupy Movement:

Barack Obama: “I think it expresses the frustrations that the American people feel. We understand their struggles. And we are on their side. In some ways they’re not that different from some of the protests that we saw coming from the Tea Party.”

Joe Biden: Re: Occupy Movement, "I really don't know about the Van Jones group, except what I read in the press. I don't disrespect the tea party. I think the tea party and the Van Jones folks are different halves of the same concern."Biden continued: "You have on one end Van Jones's guys, whoever he is, talking about Wall Street."Suddenly, both Harris and his co-host Tedd Webb laughed and reminded Biden that Jones was the "Green czar" in the administration. "Oh, is that… alright," Biden replied.

Nancy Pelosi: “And God bless them for their spontaneity. You know, it’s an independent, people coming. It’s young, it’s spontaneous, it’s focused and it’s going to be effective.”

Van Jones: “The best people, the best people in our country right now, the most selfless are down there on Wall Street standing up against the most selfish.”

Maxine Waters: “The incidents of crime are merely a “distraction” from the Occupiers’ ultimate goal. Let me just say this: Anytime you have a gathering, homeless people are going to show up.They will find some comfort in having some other people out on the streets with them. They’re looking for food. Often times, the criminal element will invade. That’s life and it happens, whether it’s with protesters or other efforts that go on in this country. So I’m not deterred in my support for them because of these negative kinds of things. I just want them to work at doing the best job that they can do to bring attention to this economic crisis and the unfairness of the system at this time.”

And then there’s and the Tea Party:

Barack Hussein Obama’s response regarding Joe Biden’s Tea Party are terrorists: "Now, in fairness, since I've been called a socialist who wasn't born in this country, who is destroying America and taking away its freedoms because I passed a health care bill, I'm all for lowering the rhetoric."

Vice President Joe Biden: “The Tea Party Republicans are acting like ‘Terrorists.’”

VP Joe Biden: “This is a different kind of fight. This is a fight for the existence of organized labor. You are the only folks keeping the barbarians [Tea Party] at the gate. That’s why they want you so bad.”

Nancy Pelosi: Re:The Tea Party, “I think they are Astro-turf, you be the judge of carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on healthcare.”

Bob Beckel of Fox News contributor: “the Tea Terrorist Party.”

Steven Rattner of Morning Joe: “The Tea Party Guys are like strapped with dynamite in Times Square at rush hour and say you are going to do it my way or we will blow you up and ourselves and the whole country with us.”

Chris Matthews of Hardball: “The GOP has become the Wahabi’s of American Government willing to risk bringing down the whole country in the service of their anti-tax ideology.”

Margaret Carlson of Bloomberg News: “They (Tea Party) strapped explosives to the Capitol and they think they are immune to it.”

Tina Brown of News Week: “The Tea Party is equal to ‘Suicide Bombers.’”

Thomas Friedman of New York Times: “The Tea Party is Hezbollah.”

Peter Goodman of Huffington Post: “The Tea Party acts like ‘Terrorists.’”

Maxine Waters, “The Tea Party can go straight to hell.”

William Yeoman of CNN: “The Tea Party faction in the House are ‘Full Blown Terrorists.’”

Fareed Zakaria of CNN: “The Tea Party wants to blow up the country.”

Paul Krugman of New York Times: “The Tea Party wants to blow up the economy.”

David Brooks of New York Times: “The Tea Party has no sense of moral decency.”

Jimmy Hoffa: "President Obama, this is your army, we are ready to march. But everybody here’s got to vote. If we go back, and keep the eye on the prize, let’s take these son-of-a-bitches [Tea Party] out."

The Statists are the ones who are un-American and attack the Tea Party Patriots with ad hominem attacks demonizing them in an effort to silence them, because the FACTS do not back them up. Tea Party people are Patriotic Americans who are concerned about their country. Tea Party people want their leaders to follow the Constitution; they want limited Government; less taxes and for Government to control and cut spending. They want to encourage people to be self reliant and less dependent on Government. On the other hand, the Statists want the United States to continue on the path to Bankruptcy with their out of control spending and their ‘Cradle to Grave’ ideology; wherein they coerce people to be more dependent on Government in order to garner their votes to stay in POWER. Whose side do you want to be on?

Occupy vs. the Tea Party

Some people and the Mainstream Media are comparing the Occupy movement with the Tea Party. They are groups of people, however they have different purposes. Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called the Tea Party phony Astro-Turf and Nazi's. Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) blames the Tea Party for the high unemployment in the black community and she wants the Tea Party to 'Go to Hell.' Representative Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) echoed Waters' remarks, saying that African-Americans are “totally frustrated, and people need to know that the president feels their pain.” Actor Morgan Freeman says the Tea Party is racist because they want to get rid of Barack Hussein Obama because he is black. Vice President Joe Biden thinks Patriotic Tea Party members are “Terrorists” and “Barbarians.” The Statists and so-called Mainstream Media are emphasizing the congressional dysfunction for the S&P downgrade of the United States’ credit rating blaming the Tea Party and the Tea Party Republicans. Jimmy Hoffa Jr., head of the Teamsters, called the Tea Party Patriots ‘sons of bitches” and threatened to take them out.

The Tea Party are not Nazi's, racists, Astro-turf, terrorists, barbarians, hobbits or sons of bitches; they are true Patriots who care about this country. The rabble who protest the Tea Party Patriots have been indoctrinated by the liberal schools, so-called Mainstream Media, Union Bosses, and other Statists to look to the Government for their well being.

It is Barack Hussein Obama and his Regime who want to transform America into a Socialist state. The Statists are the one's calling for Socialism. The Statists are the one's aligning themselves with the “Occupy” movement. The Statists promote an ever increasing amount of people dependent on Government so they can stay in POWER. It is akin to slavery in that the people relying on the Government need only pull the D lever for their Masters come election time, instead of working the fields. Hopefully, these people will learn the errors of their ways and join the Tea Party in turning this country around from the fallacies of the Obama Regime and the other Statists.

Tea Party Patriots are Americans who are frustrated over what has been happening in Washington and want to do something about it. Tea Party people are Patriotic Americans who are concerned about their country. Tea Party people want their leaders to follow the Constitution; they want limited Government; less taxes and for Government to control and cut spending.

The 2010 election was a referendum on Barack Hussein Obama and NOT an endorsement of the Republican Party. The Republicans were willing to go back to the wilderness after the 2008 election. Boehner would NOT be Speaker of the House without the Tea Party and it's unfortunate that people are put into leadership positions, because it's their turn, not necessarily because they are leaders. My choice would have been Michelle Bachmann. The 2010 election was just the beginning; the people need to continue to elect Conservative, Constitutional Patriots and FIRE the Statists and the RINO's.

Hypotheticals

In the Republican Presidential debate Representative Ron Paul was asked a hypothetical question about whether a 30 year old man should receive intense medical treatment for six months, even though he has no health insurance?

Paul said people should not be forced to purchase healthcare insurance, however if they need treatment they need to be responsible for paying the bill. Many people did not like his response. I happen to agree with Paul; Mr. Hypothetical should receive the treatment, but also needs to pay for it.

Speaking of hypotheticals, lets take that same 30 year old who has now recovered. He now goes into a fancy restaurant and orders the most expensive meal with the most expensive bottle of wine. After completing the meal he tells the waiter he has no means to pay for the meal. What should the restaurant do? After all, people need to eat to sustain life. Should restaurants be responsible for feeding people for free? Of course not. The man needs to be held responsible for his actions and pay for his meal. Therefore, the man should have to pay for the medical treatment, just like he would have to pay for his meal.

Then again, people need to be reminded that Obamacare is about control not healthcare.

The Tea Party against the Regime

They are not Nazi's, Astro-turf, Terrorists, Barbarians, or Hobbits. They are not sons of bitches. They are true Patriots who care about this country. They do not even realize they are being used.

The Statists promote an ever increasing amount of people dependent on Government so they can stay in POWER. It is akin to slavery in that the people relying on the Government need only pull the D lever for their Masters come election time, instead of working the fields.

Then there is the unholy alliance between the Government and the Public Service Employee Unions, where the Democrat/Statists gave into the demands of the Unions in return for campaign contributions, so that the Democrat/Statists can stay in power; so the Democrat/Statists can give into the demands of the Unions and so on. Some of the demands were pension and lifetime healthcare benefits, which the employees paid little to nothing into and now the States and Cities cannot afford. In other words, the Statists promised some things they could not deliver on.

Barack Hussein Obama is supposed to be the "Leader" of the Free World, but he is NOT a leader; he is a Community Agitator. Obama is a divisive and polarizing figure who pits one group of Americans against another and is the one fomenting the tension and hostility against the Tea Party Patriots. Obama is a BULLY and a LIAR, who uses scare tactics and threats against the American people. His policies and rhetoric endangers America. Hopefully, these people will learn the errors of their ways and join the Tea Party in turning this country around from the fallacies of the Obama Regime and the other Statists.

Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood

According to an August 13, 2011 article by Gulag Bound, Barack Hussein Obama has three members of the Muslim Brotherhood working for him. Obama has also opened formal contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood and wants to support them with $3 billion.

As a State Senator Obama said, we must have empathy for the jihadists who attacked this country on 9/11. He also invited the Muslim Brotherhood to attend his 2009 speech in Cairo, Egypt. The same Muslim Brotherhood who call for a “Civilization-Jihadist Process,” in which they would destroy the Western civilization from within. The Muslim Brotherhood says the White House will become the Muslim House. They state, we do not want to democratize Islam, we want to Islamize democracy. That is what we want. Sharia law is not compatible with the US Constitution; then again the Obama Regime does not care too much about the Constitution either and wants to change it. The Muslim Brotherhood is a mortal enemy of our civilization. Their slogan says so openly, their way is Jihad, and their method is death.

If Barack Hussein Obama has members of the Muslim Brotherhood working for him; and if decides to support the Muslim Brotherhood with $3 billion would he not be violating his oath of office he swore to, which is to uphold and defend the Constitution? Would this act be considered giving aid and comfort to the enemy, which would be considered an act of Treason? The President can be impeached for an act of Treason. If he decides to go through with supporting our enemy, The Muslim Brotherhood, will Congress have the COURAGE to impeach him? Obama shows weakness to the world, thus endangers Americans.

Cowardly Don Imus Attacks Sarah Palin

August 4, 2011 Don Imus was talking to Alan Colmes on his Show and called Sarah Palin ‘stupid’ for her remarks that if the Tea Party were real terrorists Obama would hang out with them. And of course Colmes agreed. Imus called her remarks nonsense. Just because Imus wants to bury his head about Obama, possibly for fear of being called a racist again, does not make it so. Her remarks were not nonsense, they are the TRUTH. Barack Hussein Obama’s mentor is the unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers. She had the courage to stand up to the attacks on the Tea Party, unlike the gutless Don Imus, who cow-towed to Al (Not So Sharp) Sharpton when he made his remarks about the girl’s basketball team. Don Imus is a COWARD and the STUPID one, because he is apparently blind to the fact of what the Obama Regime and the Statists are doing to this country.

The New Crystal Meth Law is Bad Medicine

Unincorporated Jefferson County and other Missouri cities have enacted new laws requiring citizens to obtain a prescription for cold remedies that contain pseudo-ephedrine. There is also a push for a statewide law to do the same thing. The pharmacies, drug stores, retail outlets and convenience stores that sell cold remedies that contain pseudo-ephedrine will have to keep them behind the counter, as well as needing the prescription for them.

Requiring law abiding citizens to obtain a prescription to receive what used to be over-the-counter cold and allergy medications is not a Conservative, limited government approach to address the problem of “Crystal Meth.” A similar argument is made by “gun control advocates,” who want more and more restrictions regarding guns placed on law-abiding citizens and businesses.

Once again law abiding citizens will be punished because some government bureaucrat passes a law without thinking about the unintended consequences. Some of the unintended consequences are: People will need a prescription to obtain these drugs, which will cost time and money by having to make an appointment, go to the doctor, pay for the visit and then pick up the item. People may not want to go through the hassle of getting the medicine and may end up getting sicker because of it; necessitating a trip to the hospital. There will be an extra burden on the businesses by having to place the products behind the counter and check the prescriptions. Then there is the loss of revenue to the businesses and the municipalities that enact the law because people will shop elsewhere.

What is the reasoning for passing these laws? Could it be these politicians/ lawmakers are looking for the easy fix? Are they possibly thinking let’s make it difficult for these illegal drug makers to obtain the chemicals needed to make crystal meth? They claim pseudo-ephedrine is the one essential ingredient in making methamphetamine and this will stop the meth problem. Nevertheless, what will prevent the illegal drug makers from breaking into homes or robbing pharmacies to get that ingredient? Could the illegal drug makers possibly change the formula where pseudo-ephedrine is no longer needed by replacing it with another ingredient? What about the other ingredients and household chemicals such as: acetone, alcohol, anhydrous ammonia, battery acid, benzene, camera batteries, diet aids, drain cleaner, ether (starting fluid), gasoline additives/rubbing alcohol, iodine, iodine crystals, muriatic acid, paint thinner, phenyl acetone, red phosphorous, rock, table, or Epsom salt, Red Devil Lye, stained coffee filters, toluene (found in brake cleaner), white gasoline and wooden matches. that makes up crystal meth; should there then be a law to ban or restrict those items?

There has been an increase in the use of heroin in this county and this law does nothing to stop that. Some people try to make a correlation between the increases in the use of heroin with the selling of pseudoephedrine to illegal drug makers, because they use the money to purchase heroin. I do not see the correlation. Although some heroin users sell drugs to obtain other drugs, they also get their money from robberies, burglaries, prostitution and shoplifting. In fact, many stores do not prosecute shoplifters and these companies become enablers for the drug addicts to get their money.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office reported making 226 meth lab busts in 2010; 217 in 2009 and 93 meth lab busts as of April 30, 2011. They should be commended for that, however, speaking as a former police officer, who made numerous arrests including drug violations, that’s their job. There are laws on the books to deal with illegal drug making and those laws should be strenuously enforced. The way to combat the drug problem is to go after the drug dealers and producers. Law-abiding citizens and businesses should not be punished or penalized to correct the illegal drug trade and therefore, laws requiring a prescription to obtain pseudoephedrine products should not be enacted. Let’s go after the “BAD GUYS.”

Statists and Gun Rights

Representative Carolyn McCarthy Democrat/Statist of New York, a staunch supporter of restricting gun rights said the lax gun laws in America led to the mass shooting in Norway. What the more restrictive gun laws in Norway did not stop it? In Norway a license is required to own a gun, and the owner must provide a written statement saying why he or she wants one. What, a criminal is not going to LIE?

Some people believe it is up to the police to protect us. As a former police officer, I say this is a false premise. Policemen usually respond after the crime and do follow-up work to catch the perpetrator.

Others believe in more restrictive gun laws and still others believe in an outright ban on them. You’ve seen the signs in America. It’s a picture of a gun encircled with a line slashed through it. They are everywhere. These signs are in schools, churches, hospitals, government buildings, and businesses. They’re supposed to represent a universal message stating that No Guns Are Allowed i.e. a ‘Gun Free’ zone on the premises. Yet in the criminal mind it represents a place where there will be little or no resistance, in other words a Shooting Gallery, because criminals do not care about laws.

In Norway the police were unable to get to the shooting site while it was occurring, because they did not have a boat or helicopter. In the Virginia Tech shooting the Media and a number of heavily armed police officers were on campus as seen in the video when the shootings were occurring, because you could hear the gunshots coming from inside the school at that time. Nevertheless, having more policemen on the scene as seen in the News video did not prevent Cho from murdering those innocent people.

The restrictive gun laws in Norway did not prevent the massacre from happening. Being a gun free zone did not stop the massacre as in Virginia Tech. There are EVIL people in the world who mean us harm. People need to be able to defend themselves from these evildoers. If the people in Norway or the students at Virginia Tech were armed the carnage may have been limited or at least they would have had a chance to protect themselves and possibly take out the shooter.

People have a God given right to be able to protect themselves and their family. I say they have a duty to do so. This means people should be able to arm themselves anywhere. These rights are protected under the Second Amendment of the Constitution in America, however several countries in the UN, as well as FOOLS like Representative Carolyn McCarthy do NOT think so. That is why Patriotic Americans need to stand up and fight for the right to protect themselves and their family.

Who are the ADULTS

On July 29, 2011 Harry Reid, Dick Durbin and Chuck Schumer (the Three Stooges) held a Press conference after the US House passed the Boehner Debt Ceiling Bill. They said the Boehner Bill was tabled by a bi-partisan vote 59-41, because it is a catastrophe and would roil the markets. The six Republicans were: Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), Sen. David Vitter (R-LA), Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT), and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).

They touted they were the adults in the room and this was a serious matter. They claimed Reid’s bill was the adult bill and must be passed for the sake of the country; all the while they were grinning and snickering during the Press conference. So, who are the ADULTS? And what was so FUNNY? The majority of the American people do not think this is a laughing matter.

They talked about the need to ‘compromise,’ however a Statists’ definition of ‘compromise’ is doing it their way. They said there should be an up or down vote on raising the Debt Ceiling. Ironically, Harry Reid and the Statists did not do an up or down vote on Boehners Bill. They also emphasized that Boehner’s Bill was voted to be tabled on a bi-partisan vote and that is why the Republicans should go along with the Reid Bill. Yet, when Obamacare was rammed through there was bi-partisan opposition to it in the House. So why did Reid then proceed to do parliamentary procedures (trickery) to get Obamacare passed?

They said the Republican’s were playing politics and the Debt Ceiling has to be raised. They justified it by saying it has been raised in the past. Yet, in 2006 Barack Hussein Obama and all the other Democrat/Statists voted against raising the debt ceiling. They were right then for the wrong reason, because I guess it’s alright for them to play politics. The debt debate should have been handled then but wasn't.

Why have debt ceilings? A debt ceiling is supposed to force Congress to spend within their means; yet what good is it if every time it is reached the Statists vote to increase it? This country has a spending problem, which has been exacerbated since the Democrat Statist’s and Obama had the power.

The Tea Party caucus was sent to Washington to change the way things are done in Washington. Nevertheless, the Tea Party caucus is being vilified by Obama, the Democrat/Statist’s, RINO’s and the so- called Mainstream Media as being intransigent and unwilling to compromise. The Tea Party caucus is trying to do the responsible thing and get control of the National debt. Therefore, it is the Tea Party caucus who ARE the ADULTS in the room.

Be Careful What You Wish For

Barack Hussein Obama and other Statists are talking about invoking the 14^th Amendment claiming it gives the President the authority to raise the Debt Ceiling and by-pass Congress. I guess they are referring to Section 4 of the Amendment which states: …The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned…

Who is questioning the validity of the debt? No one. Many people are questioning the amount of debt and the need to cut spending. The debt has been incurred and needs to be paid. The Government has the money to pay the debts that would not cause a default without raising the debt ceiling.

I am not an attorney, however I can read and I do not see where in the 14^th Amendment it gives the President the authority to by-pass Congress and raise the Debt Ceiling on his own. We are not living in a Dictatorship, at least not yet.

Nevertheless, since Obama and the Statists want to invoke the Constitution they may want to check out the following: Section 3 of the 14^th Amendment states: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Article 2 Section 4 of the Constitution states: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

It is considered an Act of Treason to give aid and comfort to our enemies. The Obama Regime has been funding the Taliban and wants to fund the Muslim Brotherhood. The Taliban and the Muslim Brotherhood are enemies of the United States. The Muslim Brotherhood is a mortal enemy of our civilization. Their slogan says so openly, their way is Jihad, and their method is death. The Muslim Brotherhood calls for a “Civilization-Jihadist Process,” in which they would destroy the Western civilization from within. Nevertheless, Barack Hussein Obama has opened formal contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood and wants to support them with $3 billion.

Therefore, wouldn’t this act be considered giving aid and comfort to the enemy and considered an act of Treason? Wouldn’t Obama be violating his oath of office he swore to, which is to uphold and defend the Constitution? After all, the primary responsibility of Government is to protect its citizens from its enemies. Furthermore, the Constitution specifically states the President can be impeached for an act of Treason. If Obama decides to go through with supporting our enemy, The Muslim Brotherhood, will Congress have the COURAGE to impeach him?

James Madison & the KISS Principle

Barack Hussein Obama happened to be President when Osama Bin Laden was located and killed. The MSM were drooling all over themselves that Bin Laden was killed under this Democrat President calling it a “gutsy” call. ObaME has said it was his mission to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden. Nevertheless, it took ObaME 16 hours to supposedly make the decision to get Bin Laden, after knowing he was in the compound since August 2010. Why didn’t the MSM ask him what took him so long? He was reading from the teleprompter when he read the words,"These efforts weigh on me every time I, as Commander-in-Chief, have to sign a letter to a family that has lost a loved one, or look into the eyes of a service member who’s been gravely wounded." After all, Obama is running for reelection.

Nevertheless, it was a spontaneous statement when he was wining about wearing a sport coat on Super Bowl Sunday and being in a bubble, which shows his true feelings.

Bill O'Reilly interviewed Obama on Super Bowl Sunday and asked him, "What's the worst part of the job?" Obama stated, The worst part of the job is he has to wear a jacket on Super Bowl Sunday and being in the bubble, with eyes constantly on him, where he is not able to have a spontaneous conversation with someone. A pathetic and pitiful response, but what do you expect coming from a narcissistic elitist Community Agitator.

Obama gave the order to take Bin Laden out, which was a good thing, however maybe for the wrong reason. Obama wanted to show how macho he was. Obama wanted/wants to close down GITMO and is against the enhanced interrogation methods that helped get the info to take out Bin Laden. This hunt for Osama has been going on for 10 years and it was the Special Forces that did the work not Obama.

A "GUTSY CALL" was when Todd Beamer, along with some fellow passengers on flight 93 made the decision to fight against the jihadists and he said, “Are you guys ready? Let's roll!" The operator heard Beamer's words after he dropped the phone, leaving the line open.
Obama said, "No need to spike the football," as his reason for not disclosing the photos of the deceased Usama Bin Laden, yet he goes to New York to dance in the end zone. Then his administration sends out a cheesy email to a few select families of victims of 9/11to meet with him for a photo-op. Classless.

Let's not forget the Obama regime is still investigating the CIA personnel who did the enhanced interrogation methods on some of these terrorists. They also came after some NAVY Seals who supposedly gave a jihadist a fat lip when he was captured. This jihadist was responsible for burning alive some Blackwater Contractors and then hung their remains from a bridge. I guess these Seals that killed Bin Laden did so because if they would have tried to take him alive they might have gave him a fat lip.

Obama's actions speak of what he truly believes of the military. Remember, just a few weeks ago Obama wasn’t going to pay the troops if there was a Government shutdown. He was going to use the military as pawns or a shield. He signed a memo on 4/7/2011 stating if there was a Government shutdown the troops would have their payments delayed, contrary to what was allowed in the past by other Presidents. Obama floated the idea that military personnel wounded in battle should have their private medical insurance pay for their medical bills. Obama prosecuted the Navy Seals for a bogus claim of abuse by a terrorist/jihadist. Now, he has Michelle Obama and Jill Biden doing commercials about the American people supporting our troops.

Yet, on Memorial Day Weekend it was learned that Obama and his Regime wants to cut military spending, including pay and health benefits to the soldiers, because he wants to be fiscally responsible. Of course he does, how else do you think he is going to get the billions to give to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Egyptian Nazis?

Our soldiers should be paid on time and soldiers who served in the military should have the best medical care provided to them as a benefit for serving and protecting this great country. Thanks to everyone who served and is serving in our military and thanks Special Forces. Remember also, the troops who gave the ultimate sacrifice of their lives to defend our FREEDOM.

Everyday, the American People are being attacked by all sides limiting our freedom. There are many things on the horizon that our Government wants to impose on the People in order to CONTROL THEM.

The Smart Grid will be used to CONTROL your thermostat and appliances. Obamacare will CONTROL your lifestyle, what you do and what you eat. Starting in 2011, all new cars (eventually all cars) will be mandated to have in them the "black box" to CONTROL your freedom of movement. It will show where you go, your speed, whether you are wearing your seatbelt etc.

Some people may have heard about the FEMA Camps meant to round up the People around the country. Officials call the controversy about them "Conspiracy Theories;" something that will never happen. Nevertheless, it did. The United States had internment camps in the past. Today, Senator John McCain, along with several other Senators is sponsoring The Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010, or S. 3081. The bill authorizes the President to deny a detainee a trial by jury simply by designating that person an “enemy belligerent.”

Who would be considered an enemy belligerent? Could an enemy belligerent be a Tea Party Protester? Possibly, because in April 2010 the Government did a security exercise at Fort Knox and sent out the following message regarding it: “Friday, 23 April 2010, and identifies the terrorist threat adversaries as "Local Militia Groups / Anti-Government Protesters / TEA Party."

Democrat Senator Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey sponsored Senate Bill 34 Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2011. It gives the Attorney General, currently the biased Eric Holder the authority to deny the sale or distribution of firearms or explosives to individuals whom the Attorney General has determined to be engaged in terrorist activities. Who in Eric Holder’s mind may these people be? Could it be Tea Party Patriots?

In the 2008 Presidential election the Obama Regime set up “Truth Squads,” made up of people in POWER, like prosecutors and sheriffs to intimidate people from using their First Amendment right of Free Speech to criticize the candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama. During that election cycle the police were also given a directive to take caution when stopping vehicles displaying the Gadsden Flag, Tea Party stickers, or Ron Paul stickers. Now in 2011, the Obama Regime has a "Truth Czar," who calls himself the terminator. His job will be to scour the internet and the Media looking for people criticizing Obama. When he finds them will they be considered “enemy belligerents?”

More and more everyday American citizens are loosing their freedoms and most of them do not even know it. Wake up America!

Newt and the Mandate

On May 15, 2011 Newt Gingrich appeared on Meet the Press with David Gregory and stated, “I am against Obamacare,” but then contradicts himself stating he supports a mandate to purchase health insurance. Gingrich said, “I agree that all of us have a responsibility to pay--help pay for health care," and added, "I've said consistently we ought to have some requirement that you either have health insurance or you post a bond ..."

Gingrich also admitted that his proposal is a "variation" of the individual mandate, a key component of the Obamacare legislation President Obama signed into law in 2010. Gingrich’s mandate is better than Obama’s mandate because Obama’s plan basically is trying to replace the entire insurance system, creating state exchanges, building a Washington-based model, creating a federal system.

Newt went on to state, “There are an amazing amount of people who think they ought to be given healthcare. So, a large amount of people earning $75,000 a year don’t buy health insurance, because they want to buy a second house or a better car or want to go on vacation and you and I and everybody else picking up for them. I don’t think having a free-rider system in health is any more appropriate than having a free ride in any other part of our society.”

David Gregory brought up the fact when Gingrich was on Meet the Press in October 1993, Gingrich said: “I am for people, individuals -- exactly like automobile insurance -- individuals having health insurance and being required to have health insurance. And I am prepared to vote for a voucher system which will give individuals, on a sliding scale, a government subsidy so we insure that everyone as individuals have health insurance.” Is Newt saying everyone now needs to purchase auto insurance, even those who do not have a car and do not
drive?

Newt Gingrich is concerned with people who have no health insurance showing up for treatment at a hospital. What is wrong with giving the people who receive treatment a bill for services? He did not mention that insurance companies have an extra charge in people’s health insurance premiums to cover people who do not have insurance. Will the insurance companies reduce their premiums then?

There is a mandate that everyone who drives and has a vehicle need to purchase liability insurance. That insurance is to protect the other driver, not necessarily the owner of the insurance. Nevertheless, they may not have enough insurance, therefore the insurance companies offer underinsured insurance. However, you must purchase uninsured motorist coverage in order to get the underinsured coverage. Why is that? Could it be the insurance company wants to make more money off of the policy holders?

There are people who claim an individual mandate to purchase health insurance is Constitutional and people should be forced to purchase health insurance, because sometime in everyone’s life they will need healthcare. People may or may not need healthcare throughout their life, however if they do receive treatment it is their responsibility to pay for their treatment.

Newt calls for an individual mandate, wherein people would be forced to purchase healthcare insurance or post a bond to cover possible future healthcare treatment. A mandate is a mandate, whether it is from the Federal Government or the States.

Those people who favor the mandate justify it saying sometime in everyone’s life they will need healthcare. People definitely have to eat. When people go to a restaurant they eat their meal and then pay for the food plus a tip for service. Therefore, using their logic should people be required to prepay for the food they will consume in the future? Of course not, the same should hold true for health insurance. Newt stated, “I don’t think having a free-rider system in health is any more appropriate than having a free ride in any other part of our society,” yet says he would issue vouchers to people who could not afford it (“free-riders”) so everyone would have health insurance. What? Wouldn’t those people receiving the subsidies be considered “free-riders?” People should buy what they want to buy and not have it forced on them by Government. People need to be taught to be self reliant, responsible and not dependent on Government. If people receive goods or services, give them a bill and have them pay for it.

ObaME and the “Gutsy Call?”

The so-called Mainstream Media (MSM) were drooling all over themselves that Bin Laden was killed under this Democrat President. NBC interrupted regular programming, which was Trump's show The Celebrity Apprentice for an important announcement from Obama. As of 10:30 p.m. he had not made the announcement that Usama Bin Laden was killed, however the MSM did; they could not help themselves. I thought it was going to be Obama making the announcement.

Andrea Mitchell said it would help Obama politically. The gloating MSM called Obama’s actions to go forward with the raid a "GUTSY CALL!" If you stop and think about it, it was the only call. Obama supposedly, made it his mission to capture or kill Usama Bin Laden. Therefore, when it was learned that Bin Laden was in the compound in Pakistan Obama had only one call to make. Go get him! It wasn’t a “GUTSY CALL!" BTW it took him 16 hours to make the decision and supposedly they knew Usama’s location since August 2010. What took him so long?

A "GUTSY CALL" was when Todd Beamer, along with some fellow passengers on flight 93 made the decision to fight against the jihadists and he said, “Are you guys ready? Let's roll!" The operator heard Beamer's words after he dropped the phone, leaving the line open.

Obama gave the order to take Bin Laden out, which was a good thing, however maybe for the wrong reason. Obama wanted to show that he is not a wimp, but a macho man. Remember, Obama wants/wanted to close down GITMO, give Miranda warnings to the jihadist’s captured in the field and is against enhanced interrogation methods, which helped get the info to take out Bin Laden. The hunt for Usama Bin Laden had been going on for 10 years and it was the Special Forces that did the work not Obama.

Let's not forget the Obama regime is still investigating the CIA personnel who did the enhanced interrogation methods on some of these terrorists. Obama prosecuted the Navy Seals for a bogus claim of abuse by a terrorist/jihadist. The Seals supposedly gave this jihadist a fat lip when he was captured. This jihadist was responsible for burning alive some Blackwater Contractors and then hung their remains from a bridge. I guess the Seals that killed Bin Laden were concerned if they would have tried to take him alive they might have gave him a fat lip.

At the Obama photo-op, a sister of a 9/11 victim Debra Burlingame confronted Obama about Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuting the men who interrogated KSM, which produced intelligence leading us to Bin Laden. "Can't you at least give them your opinion? And Obama said 'no I won't,' and he turned around and walked away." That's because Holder is Obama, just like all of the other radicals in his administration. They are him. Barack Hussein Obama has said, "Tell me who you walk with and I'll tell you who you are."

Furthermore, why is our Government telling the World they are getting intelligence information from seized computer hard-drives and equipment from Usama Bin laden's compound? Why does the World need to know that information? Is the information any good now? There was NO need to disclose that information, just act on it.

Barack Hussein Obama gave a speech regarding the death of Usama Bin Laden. He was reading from the teleprompter when he read the words, “These efforts weigh on me every time I, as Commander-in-Chief, have to sign a letter to a family that has lost a loved one, or look into the eyes of a service member who’s been gravely wounded." After all, Obama is running for reelection. Nevertheless, it was a spontaneous statement when he was wining about wearing a sport coat on Super Bowl Sunday and being in a bubble, which shows his true feelings.

Obama's actions speak of what he truly believes of the military. Remember, just a few weeks ago Obama wasn’t going to pay the troops if there was a Government shutdown. He was going to use the military as pawns or a shield. He signed a memo on 4/7/2011 stating if there was a Government shutdown the troops would have their payments delayed, contrary to what was allowed in the past by other Presidents. Obama floated the idea that military personnel wounded in battle should have their private medical insurance pay for their medical bills. Now, he has Michelle Obama and Jill Biden doing commercials about the American people supporting our troops. The American people do not need any phony commercials. Our soldiers should be paid on time and soldiers who served in the military should have the best medical care provided to them as a benefit for serving and protecting this great country.

Barack Hussein Obama said, "No need to spike the football," as his reason for not disclosing the photos of the deceased Usama Bin Laden, yet he goes to New York to dance in the end zone. Then his administration sent out a cheesy email to a few select families of victims of 9/11to meet with him for a photo-op. Classless. Then again, what do you expect from a Community Agitator. Obama's re-election campaign has begun.

Without showing proof by showing the photos that Usama Bin Laden is DEAD, wouldn’t Usama Bin Laden become larger than life, which can perpetuate the belief that he is still alive? Obama claims they buried him at sea to prevent a memorial from being set up at his grave site. What is to prevent them from making a Memorial at the sea side or making the compound where Usama was killed the next Graceland?

The problem most people have with Barack Hussein Obama is he is a LIAR. He said he was going to be the most TRANSPARENT president ever, yet refuses to disclose any of his documents. Now, he does not want

to release the photos of Usama Bin Laden. The Obama Regime is UNTRUSTWORTHY. All of America was attacked on 9/11. The photos should be released to those that want to see them. For those that do not want to see them, DON'T LOOK. As for the credit for taking out Usama Bin Laden that should go to the Special Forces. Embryo’s for Jobs

Have you seen the people standing on the street corners holding signs that read “I’ll work for food?” It’s a scam. Instead of giving them money offer them a job. Tell them you’ll feed them (give them money) if they will cut your grass or paint your house etc. and see if they will accept. Now, the U.S. Appeals Court has allowed a similar scam by paying “researchers” for unnecessary and unethical embryonic stem cell research with federal (taxpayer’s) dollars.

President George W. Bush had issued an Executive Order restricting the use of federal funds for embryonic stem cell research in 2001. In 1996 Congress passed the Dickey-Wicker Amendment, which prohibits federal funding for "research in which a human embryo or embryos are destroyed, discarded, or knowingly subjected to risk of injury or death greater than that allowed for research on fetuses in utero."

Nevertheless, Barack Hussein Obama, who is an ardent supporter of embryonic stem cell research, on March 9, 2009, issued an Executive Order authorizing the use of federal funds for embryonic stem cell research. At the signing Obama said the following regarding embryonic stem cell research: "Medical miracles do not happen simply by accident… Promoting science isn't just about providing resources, it is also about protecting free and open inquiry, it is about letting scientists like those here today do their jobs, free from manipulation or coercion, and listening to what they tell us, even when it's inconvenient especially when it's inconvenient. It is about ensuring that scientific data is never distorted or concealed to serve a political agenda and that we make scientific decisions based on facts, not ideology. Too bad he does not take the same position regarding the HOAX of “Climate Change.” Obama continued, “I cannot guarantee that we will find the treatments and cures we seek. No president can promise that. But I can promise that we will seek them actively, responsibly, and with the urgency required to make up for lost ground."

Obama said, "Rather than furthering discovery, our government has forced what I believe is a false choice between sound science and moral values. In this case, I believe the two are not inconsistent. As a person of faith, I believe we are called to care for each other and work to ease human suffering." This coming from a man who also supports late term abortions and infanticide.

There are ethical and moral grounds for opposing embryonic stem cell research. Some of which are: creating a life to take a life, because in most cases the research process involves destroying the embryo. What’s next, making babies for spare body parts? What about human cloning? Obama denies embryonic research would lead to human cloning and said, "And we will ensure that our government never opens the door to the use of cloning for human reproduction. It is dangerous, profoundly wrong, and has no place in our society, or any society." Some may say that statement is a contradiction. In Denmark they are creating designer babies, where “doctors” are playing with DNA to make the “perfect” child. In essence, some of these “doctors” are playing God. Moreover, many scientists have said embryonic stem cells are irrelevant to medical progress, because there have been scientific breakthroughs with adult stem cells. The scientists are also having results from adult and cord blood stem cells.

In contrast, according to Francis Collins the Director of the National Institute of Health (NIH), embryonic stem cell research could not be conducted in the United States without Federal funding and calls the research necessary. Collins said NIH has invested more than $500 million (taxpayers’ dollars) in human embryonic stem-cell research. There has been a ban on human embryonic stem-cell research in the United States since U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth issued a preliminary injunction August 23, 2010 against the NIH from funding the research. However, on April 29, 2011 the DC Appeals Court, in a 2-1 decision reversed the decision of Justice Lamberth allowing federal funds to be used for embryonic stem cell research. Their reasoning: the scientists would be out of a job without federal funds. What?? The country is going bankrupt, yet these Judges believe the taxpayers should pick up the tab to keep these people employed. With that type of thinking no programs could be cut.

Collins said, “If the ban were upheld, it would result in the loss of more than 1,300 full-time or part-time jobs, as well as the potential loss of top U.S. scientific talent as lead scientists may be forced to move to other countries to pursue their cutting-edge research.” As I stated, others in the science/medical community are having success with adult stem cells, so why is there a need to use embryonic stem cells. Just like with Planned Parenthood, why does the research have to be federally funded? Whatever happened to using private venture capitalist money?

The Federal Government receives its money from the taxpayers. Article One, Section Seven of the U.S. Constitution states, “All Bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives, but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.” Hence, the House of Representatives control the purse strings, because the revenue has to be raised to pay for programs, and they vote on who and what gets funded. Embryonic stem cell research should not be funded by the taxpayers.

Obama, the Shutdown and the Troops

John Boehner and the Compromise

The Federal Government averted a shutdown and some people are calling it a historic event. How is it a historic event? Is it because Barack Hussein Obama, The Messiah, is President? The Federal Government has shut down in the past, and sometimes it has not shut down, so where is the historic event? A historic event would be a first time occurrence or something extraordinary. This was neither.

Anyway, it seems like Speaker John Boehner caved and the Federal Government will not shut down. He did not want to take a stand and compromised like he did when he signed onto the Stupak Amendment, which guaranteed the passage of Obamacare. As part of the compromise the Senate assured him they will take a vote on defunding Planned Parenthood and Obamacare. What? Democrats have the numbers in the Senate. Apparently, Boehner can't count.

As I stated, the Democrats control the Senate. They have the numbers. Claire McCaskill voted for Obamacare to get to the 60 votes, and then voted against it when they only needed a simple majority. So how do you think the vote is going to turn out? Does anyone honestly believe these Statists are going to vote to defund Obamacare and Planned Parenthood?

As for the troops Boehner should have thought about them when they did the first CR and attached the Rider then. Barack Hussein Obama, on the other hand is quite the despicable person, because he was willing to holdout paying the troops. He signed a memo on 4/7/2011 stating if there was a Government shutdown the troops would have their payments delayed. Obama is a Community Agitator, not a leader and from the looks of things Boehner is not much of a leader either.

Many people said this was a small battle and they are alright with the compromise stating wait till they get to the bigger fights. If they can not stand up and win the small fights, why would you think they could win the bigger ones.

It was the Democrat/Statists that were forcing the issue of a shutdown and Boehner blinked. Reiterating, we have Obamacare because Boehner signed onto the Stupak Amendment and got many other Republicans to go along, otherwise Obamacare would have went down to defeat. He showed his hand weeks ago when he said he would not want to shut down the Government. Boehner better not play poker, because he shows his hand.

Statists Reid, Pelosi and Barack Hussein Obama were derelict in their duties by not passing a budget in 2010. Now, they want to fault the Republicans for not passing the budget and are using scare tactics against the American people.

Some politicians and Tea-Partier’s were concerned with who would get the blame for a Government shutdown and they were concerned with what the so-called Mainstream Media and the Statists would say about them. The so-called Mainstream Media, aka. propaganda wing of the Obama Administration and the Statists will denigrate the Tea Party people and the Republicans no matter what. The Tea Party and Conservatives should not worry about what the MSM and Statists have to say about them, instead they should use alternate sites to get their message out.

This country has survived before living through a Government shutdown. The Statists complained about 800,000 to a million Federal employees would be furloughed due to the shutdown. Nevertheless, they did not mention the millions of people unemployed right now due to their rhetoric and policies.

John Boehner took on the mantle of being Speaker of the House. It's unfortunate that people are put into leadership positions, because it's their turn, not necessarily because they are leaders. Boehner showed his true colors with the crying, but more importantly with his selections for Committee Chairmanships. Therefore, Boehner needs to stop the crying and lead. If he is incapable of leading he should step down.

According to an article written by Jo Mannies on March 21, 2011, in the St. Louis Beacon, US Senator Claire McCaskill said her family failed to pay $290,000 in personal property taxes on the family plane. She claims to have put on her Auditor hat and found the error. So, it had nothing to do with the controversy of her use of the plane for political functions? She said she did not violate any Senate ethics rules; however she paid the Federal Treasury Department almost $89,000 to reimburse the government. If she did nothing WRONG, why pay back the money. And where is the money coming from? Could it be from campaign contributions?

McCaskill said, the family was unaware of the personal property tax issue and added that if the family had been trying to avoid paying taxes, it would have left the plane in a hangar in Illinois. Oh really, that didn’t turn out so well for Russ Carnahan who was storing his boat there to avoid paying taxes, until he was caught. Then like all good statists, he paid the taxes just like Claire is doing. Isn’t it ironic that Democrat/Statists like to levy taxes on the American people, but do not like to pay the taxes themselves, unless and until they are caught?

Then again, Claire is out for Claire. She will do and say anything to stay in power. While investigating abuses at nursing homes, Claire McCaskill met a rich owner of one, dropped that investigation and eventually married him. She lobbied against bringing the Democrat National Convention to St. Louis for fear it would hurt her reelection effort, even though it would have been an economic boom to the region. She takes both sides of an issue for political expediency, like she did with Obamacare. She voted for it when they needed the sixty votes, then voted against it when only a simple majority was needed for passage.

McCaskill claims no personal property taxes had been paid the county because of an oversight as to the state and local laws regarding such taxes and she said, "I take full responsibility for the mistake." Nevertheless, later on in the article McCaskill said, “Missouri is among a minority of states that allow local governments to assess personal property taxes on planes kept in their jurisdiction.” It seems like there is a contradiction there. She said it was an oversight that she was unfamiliar with Missouri law on paying personal property taxes on planes, but then says Missouri is among a minority of states where you pay personal property taxes on planes. Which is it? BTW planes are specifically address on the Assessment Form. So, is she saying she cannot read?

The Missouri Republican Party has filed a complaint against her regarding the plane. Hopefully, in 2012 the citizens of Missouri will have an answer to that complaint and FIRE her. After all Claire stated, “if my walk doesn’t match my talk, then shame on me and don’t ever vote for me again.” They should not have voted for her in the first place.

Obama’s Popularity

The so called Mainstream Media, aka. Propaganda Wing of the Obama Administration tries to convince the public about the popularity of Barack Hussein Obama. So much so that many Republicans are afraid to speak out against him, like Mike Huckabee who said “there is no need for legislation to make future presidential candidates prove their birthplace to determine eligibility for office, fearing such a bill would be seen as a swipe at Barack Obama.” Never mind that it is a requirement of the Constitution to be a natural born Citizen to become President of the United States.

Nevertheless, Obama’s popularity is waning as seen by the response of the Race to the Top Commencement Challenge, where President Obama would be the commencement speaker at the winning public high school. Last year there were over a thousand applications to the challenge, however, this year the White House had to beg to get applications for schools to participate in the program. Thus for they have received 68 applications and have extended the deadline to enter the challenge for another two weeks. According to CBS news there was an internal Whitehouse memo which stated, “Something isn’t working.” It called on staffers to ask “friendly congressional, gubernatorial and mayoral offices” to encourage schools to apply.

Barack Obama is a polarizing and divisive figure whose policies and rhetoric endangers Americans and it seems more people are becoming aware of that no matter what the Mainstream Media would try to have you believe. I have to agree with the Whitehouse that “Something isn’t working.” That something is Barack Obama as president and leader of the free world.

No Need for Local Control of the SLPD

You’ve heard the saying. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” There has been a recent push by certain individuals to return the St. Louis Police Department (SLPD) to local control. Putting the SLPD under City Control is the first step towards STEALING the pension, because the City needs the revenue. The reason why the St. Louis Police Department’s Pension System is solvent and profitable is because it was not under City Control. The proponents for local control give various reasons as to why the SLPD should be put back under local control such as crime statistics, corruption, accountability, taxpayer representation, but refuse to say it’s about the Police Pension Fund. They claim it has nothing to do with the Police Pension Fund; however upon closer scrutiny it is always about the money. Anyone who can not see that needs better glasses.

Carl Bearden wrote, “The City of St. Louis does not control its own police department…there is a persistent and unrelenting crime problem in St. Louis. It’s no secret that St. Louis has unfortunately been ranked as the No. 1 crime-ridden city in the country…Your community would demand that action be taken to address the problem.” How does the police department being under City control change the crime problem? What would the 28 Alderman do to change the crime problem? Having the police department under City control would have no effect on the crime problem; in fact it may cause an increase in crime.

Carl says, the citizens/taxpayers of the City of St. Louis deserve City Control over the SLPD, because the people are not being represented. The police respond when people dial 911 for the police. The SLPD is working just fine under the current system, the people are being represented and protected.

While Carl Bearden was a former state legislator it’s been said that he supported state control of the SLPD. When did Carl get this epiphany that the SLPD needs to be under local control? Was it when he became a lobbyist for Rex Sinquefield? Carl, how much are you being paid? Rex Sinquefield wants the SLPD to return to local control. Who is Rex Sinquefield? Why does he want the SLPD to be under local control? What’s in it for him?

Carl says another reason to return the SLPD to local control is corruption. There are corrupt people in the world and Carl points out the resignation of Vince Bommarito from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department's Board of Commissioners, after Bommarito made a special request to have his nephew let out of jail after being arrested for a DWI. Bommarito was one of five members of the Police Board and I guess Carl is calling him corrupt, however using that type of logic try multiplying the possibility of corruption by 28+. Carl wrote, “… I haven’t seen pictures of aldermen or the mayor being arrested for corruption.” Maybe that’s because they do not have control of the Police Department.

Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives, Republican Steve Tilley favors returning the SLPD to local control. Ironically, he received two hundred thousand dollars in campaign contributions from Rex Sinquefield. Could people say Rex Sinquefield is buying influence? Does anyone find this type of behavior troubling? I do.

Mayor Francis Slay said, “This is about accountability to the people of St. Louis. They elect their officials and the (police) department should be accountable to them.” When people have a complaint against the SLPD they contact the Mayor’s Office. Mr. Mayor, you do sit on the Board of Police Commissioners, therefore you do have some influence on the decisions made about the SLPD.

Furthermore, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, (E&A) comprised of the Mayor, the Comptroller and the President of the Board of Aldermen reviews the proposed budget, holds hearings with departments and citizens whom may voice their concerns. The Board of E&A may recommend changes to the proposed budget. It then goes to the Ways and Means Committee of the Board of Aldermen, before going to before the Board of Aldermen for consideration. The Board of Aldermen may reduce the amount of any item in a budget bill, except amounts fixed by statute or ordinance obligations.

According to an article in the St. Louis Business Journal dated February 18, 2009, Chief Dan Isom of the SLPD requested a budget of $168 million for fiscal year 2010. The City of St. Louis allocated $151 million for the SLPD 2010 budget. According to the city’s records the actual budget for FY 2010 was $128,887,662 for the police and $11,813,173 for the Police Retirement System, which totals $140,700,835. Therefore, the City does have some control over the police budget. The day to day operations of the SLPD would remain the same under the current system or under local control with Chief Isom running the department.

Jeff Rainford, Chief of Staff to Mayor Slay in St Louis wrote an editorial on the 24^th State’s blog criticizing the Tea Party’s opposition to local control of the SLPD. He wrote, “The third reason is the most puzzling. The Tea Party used to be against bailouts. It was against the Wall Street bailouts, the auto company bailouts, and the mortgage bailouts. But, apparently, it is willing to live with the possibility of a state bailout of the City of St. Louis. Because the police department is a state agency, it is likely that if the City of St. Louis were to become insolvent, the state would have to bail out the city.” The City of St. Louis is having financial problems. Is Rainford suggesting the City of St. Louis is becoming insolvent? The proponents of local control say it is not about the money in the Police Pension Fund, yet one would have to become suspicious of the City’s intentions when one hears comments like Rainfords’ or Alderman Quincy Troupe’s regarding St. Louis’s financial shape.

Alderman Quincy Troupe said, “I get tired of people saying we (City of St. Louis) don’t have money and we don’t have police. We may not have money and we may not have police, and that may be due to the fact of the police pension fund, because the police pension fund has all of the money. The State Legislature gives them the authority to have unfettered access to the money. Right now the greatest love on the City of St. Louis is the police pension fund. And the pension fund is over - over funded in my opinion and the benefits are unbelievable and unrealistic and exceeds anything in the Metropolitan St. Lois area. So how you gonna sit and tell me we don’t have any money for crime prevention, but the State makes us pay unrealistic numbers to the police pension fund.”

When Troupe said … “because the police pension fund has all of the money”… “gives them the authority to have unfettered access to the money”… “the greatest love on the City of St. Louis is the police pension fund.” … “the benefits are unbelievable and unrealistic”…sounds to me like he wants to have control over the money to use as he sees fit.

The proponents of local control say that experts have testified that the City could not raid the Police Pension Fund; it is written in the bill to prevent that from happening. It depends on what side of the argument one takes and who is paying them, when it comes to expert testimony. Laws can be changed. There is a process in gaining access to the Police Pension Fund and the first step is City Control. It is always about the money! The St. Louis Police Departments’ Pension System is solvent and profitable, because it was not under City Control and it should not be penalized for good management. The SLPD is working just fine under the current system, the people are being represented and protected. There is no need for it to be put under local control.

Say No to Claire in 2012

The 2008 Democratic convention in Denver generated $266 million in regional economic benefit and brought in 50000 people according to Denver officials. Even though bringing the Democrat National Convention to St. Louis would be an economic boom to the region Senator Claire McCaskill lobbied against bringing the convention here, because it would hurt her reelection effort. It is one thing to sit silently by and hope the Convention does not come to St. Louis, because of the perceived threat that it may hurt your campaign, but it is reprehensible as a sitting Senator to actively lobby against the Convention, which brings an economic benefit to the region. Of course, Claire denies that she lobbied against bringing the DNC Convention to St. Louis.

Nevertheless Jeff Zeleny of the New York Times contradicts McCaskill’s denial and reported the following: “Ms. McCaskill, one of the president’s closest friends in the Senate, took her concerns directly to the White House, according to party leaders familiar with the selection process. She argued that her re-election could be complicated if the convention was held in St. Louis, because the Democratic gathering will almost certainly attract protesters and compete for fund-raising.”

Who are we to believe? Should you believe Claire McCaskill or a New York Times reporter? A tough call, however, if you look into Claire’s past you may give the benefit of the doubt to the reporter. People of Missouri wake up and FIRE Claire McCaskill in 2012.

It’s Not a Money Grab?

In an article about red light cameras in the February 3, 2011 issue of the Leader newspaper, Arnold Ward 2 Councilman Jim Edwards said he wants the city to hire a collection agency to try to recover approximately $410,830 in unpaid red-light camera ticket charges. Arnold City Administrator Matt Unrein said it is not economically feasible because the collection agency wants 40% of the money collected and it would all come out of Arnold’s share. Edwards said he would continue to pursue the collection effort because anything is better than nothing. He then said people need to realize it’s going to hurt them if they don’t pay it. It will go on their credit and they won’t be able to get a loan. I thought it wasn’t about the money, it was about safety. I also thought in this country you were presumed innocent until proven guilty.

When Jay Nixon was the Attorney General he questioned the legality of the cameras. He stated in order to run a red light it takes a vehicle and a person. The method they’ve established in this area deals only with the machine. He also stated that State Law doesn’t allow the use of automated enforcement. At that time City Attorney Bob Sweeney disagreed. He believes the evidence would be sufficient to make the tickets hold up in court. If a vehicle were registered to more than one person the ticket would go to whoever’s name appears first on the title. If that person can present indisputable proof that he or she was not driving it would go to the second person or be dropped. People have a Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate themselves. It is not up to the people to present indisputable proof they were not driving, it is up to the government to prove the individual did the violation.

According to the article the prior three-member Jefferson County Executive Board began working on the installation of more red-light cameras in Jefferson County at the request of Sheriff Glenn Boyer. This board consisting of Chuck Banks, Pat Lamping and Ed Kemp wanted to make sure none of the money would go into the county general fund to alleviate the impression that the red-light cameras are a money grab. Kemp proposed giving 30% to the Jeffco Express bus service 50% to the Sheriff’s Office and 20% to the Municipal Courts. Kemp, who was against the red-light cameras in the beginning stated, “The biggest complaint I heard was that this is a money grab. I thought giving the money to the sheriff and public transportation would alleviate some of those thoughts.” Wwhaaaat? The reason for the cameras is to produce revenue, i.e. “a money grab,” and by distributing the money to the Sheriff’s Department and a bus service does not change that fact. It is all about the money.

Sheriff Boyer wants the money to hire additional deputies. Dennis Murphy, the project coordinator for Jeffco Express wanted the money for the fledgling bus service. Murphy was promised the money by the prior board and was told, “We really want to overcome this perception of a money grab, that’s why we want to give it to you.” Sheriff Boyer and Dennis Murphy already started to count and spend the money, so naturally they support red-light cameras. But wait, I thought the reason for the red-light cameras was about SAFETY and not the money. Let’s just say that it worked. People drive more safely and responsibly and no longer run the red lights. Now, where are Sheriff Boyer and Dennis Murphy going to get the revenue for the deputies and the bus service?

The electric signal and or the cameras will not protect you or prevent an accident from happening. It’s the other vehicles that will hurt you. If they are truly concerned about safety and minimizing accidents at electric signals, they should discuss physics. In physics an object that is in motion takes time to come to a stop; wherein an object that is stopped is not in motion and takes no time to stop. People need to stop thinking they are at a drag strip, watching for the lights to turn green and immediately giving it the gas crossing through the intersection. People need to pay more attention to the other vehicles and make sure they are stopping before proceeding through the intersection. This would reduce the amount of accidents at electric signals. The goal should be to prevent the accidents from happening. The best way to do that would be to educate people into driving defensively. That is why I support the new Jefferson County Council when they voted 6-0 to repeal the red-light camera ordinance that was approved in September by the former county administration. The proponent’s original intent of red-light cameras supposedly was to reduce accidents at the signals; however in reality red-light cameras are about the money not safety!

What I said is backed up by facts, but I did not send them to you because I did not want to pay the extra postage. Therefore, you will have to look them up yourself. Pat Martin, you still can not get over the results of the November election. After a majority of your endorsements lost you discovered that you are not a “King maker,” and apparently took exception to that with your subsequent biased editorials and “news” reports.

Pat you wrote, “…It’s hard to make a Martin shut up…the only way to accomplish the deed with a Martin was to cut off his head and hide it.” Cut off the head of Ed Martin? In this era of “civility,” what would your idol Barack Hussein Obama say about that?

Pat you wrote, “…Ed has kept an unusually high profile for a guy who lost an election.” It seems you are concerned with Ed Martin still seeking a political career by possibly running against Claire McCaskill for the US Senate. Ed Martin would not be the first or only candidate to lose an election and then run again. Abraham Lincoln lost several elections before winning and eventually becoming President. Ronald Reagan lost some elections before becoming one of the greatest Presidents ever. Even Claire McCaskill did it. So Pat, why the concern with Ed wanting to run again? Is it because of your ideology you do not want to see a conservative in office?

Ed lost a very close race and was leading most of the night until the ballots came in from the City of St. Louis at the end of the night. Question, why is the vote tally from St. Louis the last to come in? Makes you wonder if they are waiting to the end to see how many votes they need. FYI, there has been voter fraud in St. Louis in the past. Does it not concern you that in every statewide election St. Louis City’s vote tallies are the last to be counted, even though all of the polls across the state close at the same time?

You snipe that Ed attended the Jefferson County Council inauguration and his friends surrounded him in the lobby after the event. Don’t you have any friends Pat? Are you jealous? The Jefferson County Council inauguration was a historic event and many of the members are Ed’s friends, so why wouldn’t he be there? Then again, many of the new members were not endorsed by you.

You constantly bring up and are fixated on the email controversy regarding Ed Martin. Ed has addressed and answered the questions regarding the situation, but apparently his answers are not up to your expectations. Yet, you never mention Russ Carnahan helping his brother receive over a hundred million taxpayers’ dollars for a wind farm. Nor do you mention Claire McCaskill who was investigating abuses at nursing homes until she met a rich owner of one and eventually married him.

Pat Martin, you are a poor excuse of a journalist and you fail at your responsibility of being the watchdog over government afforded to you under the First Amendment of the Constitution. It is a good thing there are alternative methods and more credible sites to get the TRUTH to the people, instead of relying on your biased paper the “Leader.”

A Farce of a Memorial Service

The Memorial was a pep rally, very disrespectful. I would imagine most of the audience was college children, who are being indoctrinated by libs. This is the MTV generation, the Jersey Shore Generation and obviously they have not been taught how to act at a memorial service. Most of these kids probably have been brainwashed by Obama in his mantra of Hope and Change, unfortunately, not asking what kind of change.
Civility is code word for censorship. Since the election the Statists have been talking about compromise and getting along, which means do what we want and say. That's not what the people voted for. The Obamamaniacs claimed it was Obama's best speech ever. Nevertheless, President Ronald Reagan made a more sincere speech about the Challenger Tragedy.

The Memorial/Pep Rally was staged. What was up with the tee shirts? I have never been to a Memorial service where they gave out Tee-shirts. The speech and shirts are from a 2008 Obama Blog Organizing for America.What I found peculiar is Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder reading from scripture. Was there no priest available? What was the point of them reading, especially since Holder is suing Arizona regarding border security, under the direction of Barack Hussein Obama.Obama lied about Gabby opening her eyes for the first time. I believe most of the "show" was about OPTICS.They wanted to make this Obama's moment, instead of memorializing the dead.Rush said it best today when he said Obama put the ME in memorial.

The Statists objective is to silence the Truth Tellers. The climate of angst and mistrust of the Government has been brought on by Barack Hussein Obama, the Statists, and their policies. Obama is a polarizing and divisive figure, who uses class envy and race-baiting to divide the people. Therefore, if anything, you may want to look at Obama’s rhetoric and policies as having something to do with this shooting. And if he wants to talk about civility, may I suggest to him LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

November 4th, 2010, Democrat pollster Mark Penn was on MSNBC, Hardball with Chris Matthews , and they talked about what Obama needed to help turn his poll numbers around. Penn stated, “ President Clinton reconnected through Oklahoma …and the president right now is seen as removed, and it wasn't until that speech that he reclicked with the American public. Obama needs a similar kind of event.” Is the Arizona shooting Obama's event?

Naturally, when something like this shooting occurs the Tea-Party is going to be the first to be blamed by the Statists and the so called Main-Stream Media. The Statists are also blaming Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh. When a disgruntled person flew his plane into the IRS building the Tea-Party was the first to be blamed. When Russ Carnahan’s office was firebombed the Statists and the Main-Stream Media were so hoping it was a Tea-Party member. I prefer to wait till the facts of the case come out to lay blame.

Nevertheless, there is angst in this country, a mistrust of government brought on by Barack Hussein Obama, the Statists and their policies of control and the loss of freedom on the people. The Statists pit one group of Americans against another, using class envy and race-baiting. Remember, the Tea-Party came about because of an overreaching Government.

There will be calls for more Gun Control and limiting speech, as well as more security for the politicians. There will be calls to "tone down the rhetoric" coming from Conservatives and the Tea Party Patriots in an attempt to silence them. However, will the MSM and the Statists call for a change in tone themselves? The Mainstream Media and the Statists are blaming the shooting on the vitriolic statements from Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and the Tea Party.It's ironic, they fail to mention the rhetoric coming from Barack Hussein Obama. Other irresponsible statements made by Political Figures based on Opinions not Facts are as follows: Immediately after the Arizona shooting Sheriff Clarence W. Dupnik, without knowing the facts gave his opinion blaming talk radio and the vitriolic political climate of today for it. He stated “But again I’d just like to say that when you look at unbalanced people, how they respond to the vitriol that comes out of certain people’s mouths about tearing down the government, the anger, the hatred, the bigotry that goes on in this country is getting to be outrageous. And, unfortunately, Arizona I believe has become sort of the capital. We have become the Mecca for prejudice and bigotry.”

Diane Sawyer asked Sheriff Dupnik if he thought it was appropriate to theorize and draw conclusions without any facts and he replied, “Well that’s my opinion, people can have their own opinion.” Dupnik is a political figure, therefore when he makes a statement it should be based on facts.

Some other political figures who made asinine statements without knowing the facts are Mayor (King) Michael Bloomberg regarding the Times Square bomber he said, “If I had to guess, twenty five cents, this would be exactly that,” Bloomberg said. “Homegrown maybe a mentally deranged person or someone with a political agenda that doesn’t like the health care bill or something. It could be anything.”

Another one would be President Barack Hussein Obama regarding the Cambridge Police.

President Obama addressed the arrest of Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. at his Cambridge home during a news conference saying that "anyone would be angry" and "the Cambridge police acted stupidly."

Obama prefaced his reply by saying that "I might be a little biased here" because "Skip Gates" is a friend, and by acknowledging that "I don't know all the facts."

He then recited what has been reported, and joked that if he tried to jimmy the lock at his current residence -- the White House -- "I'd get shot."

"Now, I don't know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it's fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry; number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home; and, number three, what I think we know separate and apart from this incident is that there's a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately. That's just a fact."

Suggestion, if you are in a position of POWER, get the facts first before making a statement.

TSA =Typical Statist Agenda or Total Submissive Activity

Transportation Security Administration Chief John Pistole said the TSA has no plans to alter controversial screening practices, despite public outcry. Pistole said the most recent threat of explosives in computer equipment was discovered by intelligence not screening, which defeats his argument for the enhanced screening procedures, including the pat-downs. In addition, the underwear bomber was on a no-fly list and his father turned him in, yet he was still allowed on the plane.

So why is the government doing this? I understand why there are the new screening machines, because the powers that be, like Michael Chertoff are making money from them. What better way for your company to make money than to mandate it; i.e. make it a law. But why is our government causing angst among the people? I believe these new procedures were put in place to control the people; to keep the people on edge. The TSA should stand for Typical Statist Agenda or Total Submissive Activity.

One of Barack Hussein Obama’s Czar’s Cass Sunstein said, “Some Conservative Legal Thinkers like Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas Think that the Constitution means what it originally meant. That means we should understand the document by going into some kind of time machine and capturing the public understanding of the public that ratified the document a century or more than a century ago.” He also said, “Once we know that people are human and have some HOMER SIMPSON in them, then there is a lot that can be done to manipulate them.”

The Fourth Amendment states we are to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Government says they are doing this for our safety, however quoting Ben Franklin, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Hillary Clinton said she would not like to go through the enhanced pat-down, but she is not subjected to them because of her status, after all she is a member of the ruling class. Janet Napolitano stated, they are listening, but a lot of the information on the pat-downs are inaccurate. The people have seen the pictures and heard the stories, so who are you to believe, Napolitano or your lying eyes?

Thomas Jefferson said, “Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.”

The answer for our safety is intelligence, i.e. PROFILING. Let’s focus on the bad guys. Otherwise what are next, body cavity searches? Jefferson also said, “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.” There is a saying, how do you eat an elephant? Answer, one bite at a time i.e. incrementalism. How do you lose your freedom? You lose your freedom in increments, one small loss of freedom at a time. Stand up for your FREEDOM.

Response to Pat Martin’s Bitter Editorial Regarding Midterm Election

Pat Martin of the Leader Newspaper wrote an editorial dated November 4, 2010, regarding the 2010 midterm elections. The tone of the editorial was bitterness, perhaps because many of the candidates he endorsed lost.

He was complaining that many of the campaigns were running against National Demons, Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi. May I suggest to this so-called journalist to READ the Constitution, in which it gives the Federal Government enumerated powers and the Obama-Reid-Pelosi agenda was overstepping their bounds. This is why what happens nationally, affects what happens locally.

Martin states, “Obama, Reid, and Pelosi are prominent, unpopular Democrats, and they have been linked in negative Republican ads to every Democratic candidate in the universe. After all, who would want to be linked with our president, when the “far right” knows he is a well-known Kenyan socialist?” Obama is the one who said he wants to TRANSFORM America, and he wants to redistribute the wealth. Obama is a “Socialist,” and his policies are about CONTROL.

Pat Martin talks about the negative campaigns and then goes so far as playing the RACE card regarding the George Engelbach and Ron Casey campaign for the State Representative of Missouri, 103rd District. Martin writes the Missouri Republican State Committee sent out a late smear piece proclaiming, “It’s Frightening Who Ron Casey Chooses To Be Allied With.” I say, Casey is a Democrat, and who would you think he would be aligned with? Why would that be considered a smear?

Pat continues saying, “the piece was a Halloween-themed postcard with a picture of Casey sandwiched between Pelosi and a black and white photo of Obama, to make sure everyone got the idea that he’s an African-American. I’m sure there are some people who didn’t know.” After all, if you oppose Obama’s policies you are a “RACIST.” Anyway, whom are you referring to, Pat? I know in your warped, feeble little mind it is the Patriotic Tea-Partiers, because you have called them racists in the past. FYI, there have always been so-called negative campaigns in American politics. Check your history. Also, if it is factual it is not negative.

Pat Martin implies he is against negative campaigns. However, he failed to mention the ads sent out by the Democratic Committee, wherein they portray Sarah Palin and the Tea Party Patriots in a negative light. He also did not mention Russ Carnahan’s smear of Ed Martin regarding pedophile priests. The Carnahan campaign made false accusations against Ed Martin and then tried to cover-up the smear. The Post Dispatch (Disgrace) endorsed Russ Carnahan claiming that he has CHARACTER. The Post, obviously does not know the meaning of the word, because with this smear, Russ stooped so low he showed his lack of character.

Martin says, the Republicans seem to be better at Martin’s so-called five-legged stool of American political campaigning today, which is:

1. Distort. If that doesn’t work lie.

2. Scare.

3. Create guilt by association.

4. Assassinate character.

5. What am I for? Doggone it; I’m out of time and space.

He says, the Republican’s are better at the five-legged stool, “WHAT?” This is the hallmark of the Democrat/Statist’s agenda to win elections, i.e. they LIE, CHEAT and STEAL. The Democrat/Statists distanced themselves from the Obama agenda and did not run on their so-called accomplishments like Obamacare and Cap and Trade.

Martin continues, “When we don’t pay attention democracy suffers.” I agree with that. People were not paying attention when Barack Hussein Obama was elected President. Hope and Change? Obama did say he was going to TRANSFORM America, unfortunately, not enough people asked, “Into what?”

Martin writes, “Why is it this way? Because we allow it. We vote for people – or more accurately, against people –because of these negative ads, ads that are protected under the First Amendment, but which undermine the American character of a fair, informed citizenry. If we were informed, this junk wouldn’t work.” (Arrogance. It is the people’s will that the Democrats lost the House. They were not doing their job. It was about voting against people who are destroying the country but also about voting for people who follow the Constitution and want to do what is right for this country.)

The Freedom of the Press is also protected under the First Amendment and by putting a blind eye to the detrimental policies of the Obama Administration, Pat Martin is failing at his responsibilities afforded to him under the First Amendment of the Constitution, as being a watchdog over government.

Pat Martin, your headline “GOP-smacked, Republicans swarm County Council” shows your liberal bias. What did that headline mean? You endorsed 6 out of the seven Democrat County Council candidates that lost. What would your headline have read if the outcome would have been reversed?

I do agree that people should become more informed about the issues and the candidates prior to the election so they can make an informed decision on whom and what they are voting for. I encourage everyone to find out about the Candidates through reliable sources, such as alternative media websites, the candidate’s website, and the government sites to check their voting records, because unfortunately the so-called mainstream media and newspapers have become unreliable.

Martin says, the people are too lazy to be informed, but I ask Mr. Martin, you have the paper, what are YOU doing to inform the people, except to write biased stories on your opponents, the conservatives?

All of a sudden, with the election of many conservative Republican candidates, Pat Martin is concerned with holding them accountable to what they campaigned on. A worthwhile cause, something I have said all along and should be done with all elected officials, especially the Democrat/ Statists. On the other hand, what really irritates me is when the pundits or Representatives of the Parties talk about what they (Democrats or Republicans) have to do to stay in power or what the President has to do to be reelected in 2012, instead of being concerned for the American people.

My philosophy is to teach and encourage people to be self reliant and less dependent on government. Let the people keep their money. I want less government intrusion into citizens’ lives. What we need is for our leaders to follow the Constitution, limit government, listen to their constituents, actually read the legislation and cut out needless and duplicitous laws. By following those simple steps would make for a better America.

Letter to SLPD regarding Ed Martin & Russ Carnahan

It looks like Russ Carnahan was reelected to be the Representative for the Third Congressional District with the usual late vote tally from the City of St. Louis. Ed Martin is protesting the tally. Unfortunately, I do not believe anything will come of it. I sent off a letter to Tom Walsh and posted it to the discussion board in September when I found out the Association endorsed Russ Carnahan over Ed Martin. My question still remains, "What was the Association thinking when they endorsed Russ Carnahan?" Does it not trouble the Association that the votes Russ took regarding Obamacare, Cap and Trade, Financial (coercion) bill etc., which are DETRIMENTAL to the American citizens? Do you not question the $107 million of taxpayer's dollars he helped funnel to his brother Tom for his windfarm? Neither I nor Ed received a response from Tom about the endorsement. That is/was disappointing. I, along with Ed was asking the Association to at least talk to Ed to get his views on the issues first hand and then make an informed decision on whom to endorse. I do not understand the LOGIC of the Association's backing of Russ Carnahan. Not only for the reasons I mentioned above, which should be enough, but especially when Russ STOOPED so low with the SMEAR of Ed Martin regarding pedophile priests. These were FALSE accusations and the Post Disgrace endorsed Russ Carnahan claiming that he has CHARACTER. The Post, obviously does not know the meaning of the word, because with his SMEAR, Russ showed his LACK of character. After speaking with Ed the Association may have reconsidered the endorsement of Russ and then with the HELP of the SLPD there would have been a better outcome for the Third Congressional District. Anyway, if the vote count stands, Russ will be going back to Washington and be relegated to minority status in the US House and hopefully he will be FIRED in 2012.

No Endorsement from the LEADER Newspaper for a Tea Party style “bomb thrower”

                  On October 27, 2010, Pat Martin, the Editor of the Imperial Leader Newspaper published his candidate endorsements for the upcoming election. He did not endorse me and that was to be expected since he stopped publishing my letters and endorsed my opponent, Ryan McKenna in the primary. That is why I did not waste my time meeting with him for an interview to find out who he was going to endorse. I guess he took exception to that.

                  As expected, Pat Martin endorsed Ryan McKenna, which is his prerogative, but in doing so he wrote that I was a Tea Party style “bomb thrower.” Apparently, Pat Martin is not very fond of the Tea-Party Patriots and uses the term as a pejorative. The Tea-Partiers stand for following the Constitution, limited government, reduce spending and limited taxation. Therefore, I would wear the term Tea-Partier as a badge of honor. In prior editorials, Pat Martin tried to demonize the term “conservative.” I responded with a letter to him, but he refused to print it. (Letter is Attached) After all it is his paper and he has Freedom of the Press to print what he wants to print.

                As for being “bomb throwers,” I do not know of any “bomb throwers” in the Tea Party. I am aware of a disgruntled staff worker of Russ Carnahan who did throw a fire-bomb at one of Carnahan’s offices. Another “bomb thrower” would be Barack Hussein Obama’s mentor Bill Ayers, who was a leader of the Weather Underground and was responsible for bombing buildings in the 60’s. Pat, you may not know that because you are an ardent supporter of President Obama and are blind to the facts of what he is doing to this country.

               Obama is the one who pits one group of Americans against another. He is a POLARIZING and DIVISIVE figure whose policies endanger American citizens. What would Pat say about Obama's call to arms to Hispanics and Latino’s to "Punish their Enemies," referring to American citizens who are concerned about their SAFETY. Then Obama sues a State for trying to protect their citizens, because he is lax in protecting them in violation of his oath of office. By putting a blind eye to the detrimental policies of the Obama Administration Pat Martin is failing at his responsibilities afforded to him under the First Amendment to the Constitution, as being a Watchdog over government.

               Another reason for not receiving his endorsement is because I say there are too many laws and criticized McKenna’s bill to ban texting while driving. He writes, “Apparently, the safety consideration hadn’t occurred to him.” As a former police officer I know safety is a factor, however when it comes to laws like this it is all about the money. There are Careless and Reckless Driving laws on the books that would cover texting while driving recklessly. The reason for a specific law is for the revenue. Some people can walk and chew gum at the same time, i.e. they can drive down the road in a safe manner and use a cell phone. With a primary texting or cell phone law the person could be driving safely and still be pulled over and cited. If on the other hand a person is on their cell phone and they are all over the road they can be cited for Reckless Driving by use of cell phone, or texting, or putting on makeup, or eating etc. It is the “Reckless driving” that is the “Safety Issue” and can be addressed without any additional laws.

               Governments get money through TAXES, FEES and FINES and that is why the Federal Government is making a push for this type of legislation (texting law) and holds the purse strings against the States to get it passed. Governments need the REVENUE and are coming up with all sorts of ways to get more money from the citizens.

               Obviously, Pat Martin has not read my blog or face-book or heard my speeches because he knows nothing about my positions. The irony is he calls himself an objective journalist, but in my case, does not bother to get the facts. My philosophy is to teach and encourage people to be self reliant and less dependent on government. I want less government intrusion into citizens’ lives. I believe in following the Constitution, limited government, listening to your constituents, actually reading legislation and cutting out needless and duplicitous laws. I encourage everyone to find out about the Candidates through reliable sources prior to the election so they can make an informed decision about the people who will affect their lives. The citizens of this state and country need people like me to stand up to the Statists/Bullies. There is much work to be done to get America back on track and it starts with electing common sense conservatives to be representatives for the people.

                                                   "Conservatives" v. "Liberals"

               Pat Martin of the Imperial Leader Newspaper wrote an editorial about "Conservatives" and "Liberals" trying to demonize Conservatives. The following is a letter I wrote to him, which he did not print.

               Patrick Martin, in your editorial you compared Conservatives and Liberals and stated Conservatives are proud of the label, where Liberals are not. “Liberals” prefer to call themselves progressives, and why not, it’s such a nice term, progress, who could be against that. In reality, they should be called what they are oppressors, Socialists, or Statists. I got the sense you were trying to demonize conservatives with your statements of what Conservatives should say (but only think the material in parenthesis).

               You wrote, I am pro-life and support the Second Amendment (even though the job I’m running for has nothing to do with abortion or guns). If someone does not care about the sanctity of life, how can you be sure they have the moral character to make the right decisions? The Second Amendment is in the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. People have a God given right to protect themselves and their families, unless you live in a city like New York or Chicago run by Statists Bloomberg and Daley.

               You wrote, I am for enforcing immigration laws (even though my great-grandfather was an immigrant…). The key word you forget to mention is LEGAL immigration. The Statists DO NOT CARE about illegal immigrants, they promote amnesty to garner their vote.

               You wrote, I am for less or smaller government (even though I reserve the right to reach into your pocket by accepting my salary…). Their pay is stipulated in the Constitution.

              You wrote, I am for lower taxes (who isn’t). Democrats, but they have a tendency of not wanting to pay them, Tim Geithner, Charlie Rangel, Tom Daschle.

               The Democrat/Statists are for bigger government, raising taxes, increased spending and amnesty; where Conservatives believe in following the Constitution, limited government, (not no government), and less taxes, let the people keep their money.

Response to Leader Story

Kim Robertson of the Imperial Leader Newspaper did a story on me for the upcoming election. She called again and said they did some digging and found that I was arrested for a DWI in 2009 and wanted to know if I would comment on it. I informed her that issue was resolved and was supposed to be sealed.

I asked her what did that have to do with the election or the issues? She stated her readers would want to know and that there are other candidates in this election with similar issues. I informed her that I should not have been arrested and I would post my explanation of the incident on my blog. She stated she would note that in the follow-up story.

In December 2008, I had left a party where I had a few beers. I was not intoxicated and was driving home. It was around 1:00a.m. when I was travelling southbound on I-55 in the center lane and was passing another vehicle, which was on my right. I drive defensively and moved over into the left lane while I passed the vehicle. I do this to give myself room to react if the vehicle came into my lane. All of a sudden there was a car with their bright lights on right up on my bumper. I did not know what the driver of the vehicle was trying to do and thought he was a drunk. After travelling a short distance with the vehicle still riding my bumper I tried to take evasive action and changed lanes in the hope the vehicle would drive by. After changing lanes the vehicle changed lanes with me still riding my bumper with the bright lights on. Red lights then came on and I realized it was a police officer in the vehicle behind me. Immediately, I cautiously pulled over to the shoulder of the road. I turned on my dome light and waited for the officer to approach my vehicle.

The officer asked me to exit the vehicle to which I complied. I informed him that I was a retired police officer and was headed home. The officer asked me where I was coming from and if I had been drinking. I told him I had left a party where I had a few beers, but I am not intoxicated. He asked me why I was driving into the other lane. I told him I drive defensively especially this time at night. He stated he had a ride along reporter with him in his vehicle and when he spotted my vehicle changing lanes he told him “we’ve got a drunk.” I told him I thought he was a drunk the way he came up on my vehicle riding my bumper with the bright lights on. He told me that since I had the ride along with him he had to do something and asked if I would take some sobriety tests. I agreed.

It was very dark where we had stopped and he shined his flashlight into my eyes and told me that was one of the tests, to check my eyes. He asked me to recite my ABC’S and I did with no mistakes. He then asked me to walk a straight line, heal-to-toe, to which I complied and walked a straight line. He then asked me to stand on one foot and extend my other leg without losing my balance. I told him I had a bad ankle. I tried to hold my leg out and maintain my balance, but could not. After all, I am not a ballerina.

He told me I failed the eye test and the one-legged balance test. He stated he had to do something because he had a reporter with him and that he was going to arrest me. He then placed me under arrest and read me my rights. Therefore, I claimed my right under the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer any more questions. He locked up my truck, conveyed me to the station, where I was booked for DWI and Improper Lane Usage and released.

I contacted my attorney and informed him of the incident. After consultation I was advised to plead guilty to which I did. I paid a fine, did community service, was put on probation and the record was supposed to be sealed.

I should not have been arrested; however, I was stopped by a young officer who told his ride-along reporter that “We’ve got a Drunk.” I guess he did not want to be proved wrong in front of the reporter. I am not an alcoholic, I drink on rare occasions and I do not drive drunk.

My name is Greg Zotta and I am a retired St. Louis Police Officer. On September 24, 2010, I attended the League of Women Voters Candidate forum held at Forest Park Community College, where Russ Carnahan, Ed Martin, and Nicholas Ivanovich, the Candidates for the Third Congressional District of Missouri answered questions posed to them by concerned citizens. As I drove past the Police Association’s headquarters I saw a Russ Carnahan sign in front of the building. Apparently, the Police Association has endorsed Russ Carnahan to remain the US Representative for the Third Congressional District of Missouri. I have just one question for you, “What are you thinking?”

It is the Democrats that are pushing for City control over the St. Louis Police Department in order to steal your pension. The Democrat/Statists are bankrupting this country and are burdening our children with massive amount of debt. Russ has voted for all of the Obama agenda without reading the bills.

Russ Carnahan voted for Obamacare, which will destroy the greatest healthcare system in the world. Obamacare was about CONTROL, not healthcare and it was forced upon us. Peoples premiums will go up and the care will go down; there will be rationing. Other things in Obamacare, which have nothing to do with healthcare are: a 3.8% sales tax on the sale of your home, 1099 forms will have to be completed for sales above $600, and the takeover of Student Loans. There is a lot more in it, after all Nancy Pelosi stated, they had to pass the bill to find out what’s in the bill. Furthermore, Obamacare is unconstitutional. He supported the bailout of GM and Chrysler, which as a condition of the bailout thousands of profitable auto dealerships were forced to close costing jobs. He supports Cap and Trade, which will cause our energy prices to skyrocket and make it difficult to sell your home. He supports the moratorium on offshore drilling, costing more jobs. He supports amnesty for illegal immigrants. There is a Value-added tax on their agenda. He helped funnel $107 million to his brother Tom for a wind farm.

Russ Carnahan’s sign says, “Russ delivers for us.” Unfortunately, what he’s delivered are Higher Taxes, More Regulation, and Higher Unemployment and if the Statists get their way Higher Energy Costs and more loss of Freedom. Russ is a rubberstamp for Obama’s radical agenda.

You cannot like the direction this country is headed. There is much work to be done to get America back on track and it starts with electing common sense conservatives to be the people’s representatives. Therefore, I ask you to reconsider your endorsement of Russ Carnahan and take a look at Ed Martin to represent the citizens of the Congressional Third District of Missouri. UNCERTAINTY

I find it interesting and funny the way the Statists try to justify the stimulus and all their other spending plans by saying, "Yeah, but it would have been a lot worse if they didn't pass it." They saved the US from going into a depression. They also say the Stimulus "Saved or Created" jobs, and now they are resorting to "Lives Touched." These statements cannot be quantified; they are a figment of their imagination.

Obama claims the country is headed in the right direction under his plan. The Stimulus plan was sold by the Statists by saying with the passage of it unemployment would not go above 8%. It rose to above 10% and is now at 9.6% and that is by using the new accounting methods. The GDP was at 5+%, a few quarters ago, then it was 3+ percent the next quarter, and is 1.6% the latest quarter. Let’s see, GDP is shrinking and unemployment is rising and Obama tells us the country is headed in the right direction. I don’t think he “Gets It.”

One of the reasons for the high unemployment is the "UNCERTAINTY" coming out of Washington with all the new TAXES and REGULATIONS. I do not believe they have begun writing some of the regulations in the new Financial Regulation (Coercion) Bill. They also mishandled the housing crisis. Then there is Obamacare, Cap and Trade and more taxes and regulation coming in the future. In December, Obama's financial Committee will be giving their recommendations on how to reduce the debt and deficit, watch for the "Value Added Tax."

Another reason for high unemployment is some corporations are trying to do more with less. They can do that for a while, but eventually the overworked employees begin to burn out and productivity suffers. The corporations would then begin to start hiring again, if they are “Smart.”

A good way to get the economy going would be to reduce taxes. I’d prefer to go to a “Flat” tax, but for now a reduction would do. Let the people keep more of their money, to spend as they see fit. Then cut government spending and reduce the burdensome and duplicitous regulations imposed on businesses. Repeal Obamacare and rework Healthcare, eliminate Cap and Trade Legislation and redo the financial regulation bill. Take away the CLOUD of UNCERTAINTY that is hanging over the heads of businesses and the economy will improve.

“Let me be clear,” Barack Hussein Obama probably will not rest and will be laser focused on jobs, unless he gets the urge to go on another vacation. He has a plan to spend $50 billion repairing roads and railways to boost jobs. The problem with that is the different states have a budget and plans already in place for road repairs. Also, the money should have come for the tax on gasoline, but the government has already spent that money when they put it in the general revenue fund. He wants another $100 billion for research and development tax credits, which will be paid for by eliminating other tax loopholes. Once again, the government through the tax system picks winners and losers.

Let’s see how Obama has really affected the job market. They mishandled the housing crisis, causing the housing market to collapse.Thousands of jobs were lost when they took over the Student Loan Program with the passage of Obamacare. The actions and statements made by the Obama Administration negatively impacted the hotel, convention and tourism industry costing jobs when he said the American people need to tighten their belts and they should not be going to Vegas. His Administration also demonized corporations for having “lavish” conventions, so much so, that many corporations canceled their convention with some paying a cancellation penalty. Then Obama forced the closing of many profitable auto dealerships when they took over GM and Chrysler, costing more jobs. He has called for a moratorium on offshore drilling. These actions not only affect the primary business, but it also affects the ancillary businesses, such as the bars, restaurants, ferries, movie theatres and other forms of entertainment, costing even more jobs. Therefore, it is the Obama Administration and his policies that have caused unemployment to rise. Then again, what did you expect when you have a Community Agitator as President?

Support Christine O'Donnell

To Karl Rove, Charles Krauthammer, Mike Castle: whatever happened to Ronald Reagan’s 11th Commandment, thou shall not speak ill of a fellow Republican. They have been trashing Christine O’Donnell after she won the primary against Mike Castle. They say she is unelectable and that with her victory, the Republican Party lost a sure seat in the Senate because Castle would have won in the General election. They claim this election was most important to win, in order for the Republican’s to take back the Senate to turn back the Obama agenda. They say, we’ll just see if she can win in the General election. If winning that seat is most important I ask them, what are they going to do to HELP her WIN? The National Republican Senatorial Committee stated they were not going to support O’Donnell until they were inundated with emails against their decision and they subsequently, reversed their decision.

Mike Castle was not a conservative Republican. He would not debate O’Donnell. He is for Cap and Trade and said he would not support the repeal of Obamacare. After the election, he did not call to congratulate O’Donnell, instead he released another hit piece on her and chastised the voters of Delaware for not electing him. Castle showed no class by his actions. Furthermore, we do not need anymore RINO’s in the Republican Party. Christine O’Donnell was the more conservative candidate and she won the primary. I too believe it is very important to get control of Congress to stop Obama’s radical agenda. Therefore, I say stop the attacks and name-calling and get on board and HELP Christine O’Donnell defeat her Marxist Democrat opponent and PET of Harry Reid, Coons.

Taliban Using the Ground Zero Mosque for Recruitment

The Taliban says they hope the building of the mosque at Ground Zero is denied so they can use it as a recruitment tool against the “Great Satan,” the United States of America. What else is new? The Taliban has the best of both worlds regarding the Ground Zero mosque, because they will be able to recruit whether it is built or not. If it is built, it will be a “Victory Mosque,” a symbol to the Muslim world of their conquest of 9/11, which would be a slap in the face to the American people. If it were not built, the Taliban would use it as a recruitment tool claiming America (The Great Satan) is Islamaphobic. The building of the mosque is nothing more than a provocation. Islam is not just a religious system; it is also a military and political system. Sharia law is not compatible with the US Constitution. The goal is World Islam. The United States is a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles and we tolerate other religions like Islam. In the Christian faith, it is a sin to commit murder and you can go to Hell. Dr Laura was set up by "Jade', (not her real name). She has nothing to apologize for. She was talking about facts that black comics use the N-word all the time. Then "Jade" tells Dr Laura she cannot use the N-word because she is white. Sarah Palin may not have heard Dr Laura's remarks when she was selected as VP, or she may not hold a grudge. What Sarah does do is stand up for what is RIGHT.

Embeding the video was removed. Questions for CNN (Communist News Network), whose by-line is now getting the straight story. Why did she use an assumed name, "Jade?" How did CNN get in touch with "Jade"? What does she do for a living? Is she an activist? Jade brought up the N-word and did set up Dr Laura. Dr Laura made the point that black comics use the N-word. Jade says white people cannot use the N-word. Jade claims Dr Laura got caught saying it, yet Jade brought up the word and said it herself during the call.

No to Ground Zero Mosque

On September 11, 2001, violent radical jihadists attacked America. Now, there is a call to build a mosque at Ground Zero in New York with the support of several misguided Statists. The building of the mosque is nothing more than a provocation and would be a symbol to the world of their conquest of 9/11. We are not necessarily at war with Islam; however, Islam is at war with us.

New York Governor David Paterson offered the developer of the controversial Ground Zero mosque a compromise for the proposed Islamic community center and mosque with suitable state property that is farther away from the site. The offer was rejected.

Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the man behind the mosque at Ground Zero refuses to admit that Hamas is a terrorist organization, that U.S. policies encourage people to become jihadists, and that U.S. was an accessory to 9/11. He also believes the U.S. should become more Sharia compliant.

Rauf calls himself a bridge-builder, yet he is unwilling to compromise on the building site. He is more of a provocateur than a bridge-builder. Therefore, you must question what his true intentions are. Remember, it is all right to lie to the infidel to promote Islam.

Instead of finding out where the funding is coming from or questioning Imam Rauf’s beliefs, President Barack Hussein Obama rewards him with an appointment to the State Department to be a mediator between the United States and the Muslims in the Middle East. Rauf will be paid by the United States to travel to the Middle East on a religious outreach program. P.J.Crowley of the State Department said, Rauf would not be allowed to raise funds for the proposed center during the trip. Yeah, RIGHT.

This mosque should not be built there. It is an "in your face" to the American people.

King Bloomberg defends the building of the mosque on first amendment grounds of religious freedom. Too bad, he forgets there is more than the first amendment, such as the second amendment, which he opposes. He has denounced calls to look into the group's funding. Why? Which makes you wonder why he is in support of the mosque, what is in it for him? After all, he is King because he coerced the New York legislators to make an exception to the term limit law so he could spend over $100 million to remain the Mayor of New York.

The ad is an attack on the Patriotic Tea-Party protesters who want to avail themselves of their First Amendment Rights. Then the ad ends with GET THE FACTS. Obamacare is about CONTROL, not healthcare, and will be more costly, less healthcare and a bureacratic nightmare; Social Security is BANKRUPT, people need to have their own account; Medicare is BANKRUPT, needs to be changed; Extend tax cuts, when people are allowed to keep more of their money and spend it on what they want stimulates the economy and puts people back to work; Wall Street reform is about CONTROL and coercion, it did not address Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, or the corrupt architects of the bill Dodd and Frank; BP was shook down by the Obama administration and his man is delaying payments to the Gulf residents; the Departments are abusing their power, which is detrimental to America, Children are being indoctrinated in school, there is not a good energy policy and is overly regulated, and the EPA wants to implement Cap and Trade. A Sad Day in the United States of America

It is a sad day in the United States of America when the Obama Administration and the Federal Government stands against a State that wants to protect its citizens.On July 28, 2010, Judge Susan Bolton, a Clinton Appointee, issued an injunction against the State of Arizona from implementing SB 1070, the Arizona Immigration Law.

When the ruling was released a CNN reporter was giddy stating the Obama Administration is not popping champagne corks yet, but it is a win for them. How is it a win for them? Governor Jan Brewer and the Arizona Legislators passed a law to protect their citizens. A good LEADER would have reached out to the Governor to help with this illegal invasion. Instead, the Obama Administration is basically opposed to Arizonans protecting themselves, because they filed suit against the Arizona law. President Barack Hussein Obama is a polarizing and divisive figure; and he is in violation of the Constitution he swore to uphold.

The NAACP posted the following on their website: The video of Shirley Sherrod released by Andrew Brietbart's Big Government Blog on July 19 didn't tell the full story. It was selectively edited to cast her in a negative light.

Andrew Breitbart is being portrayed as a villain in this incident because he posted the video on his website. Breitbart said the Shirley Sherrod video was about the NAACP not her. He said the NAACP called the Tea-Party Protesters racists and are still saying some black Congressman were called the N-word at the Capitol during the healthcare protest. These are false claims and Breibart has a $100,000 reward for any video proof of the allegations. No one has collected the reward, even though Jesse Jackson Jr. video-taped the walk.

People are claiming the Sherrod video was taken out of context; that Sherrod was talking about a parable that changed her viewpoint on race relations. The video was from a speech Shirley Sherrod made on March 27, 2010, at the 20th Annual NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet. In it she says, …“The first time I was faced with a having to help a white farmer save his farm…He took a long time talking, but he was trying to show me he was superior to me…But he had to come to me for help. What he didn’t know was …I was trying to decide how much help to give him.” (laughter) Although, the context of what Shirley was saying was not yet revealed,the crowd started laughing. I believe what Breibart was trying to say was that the video was about the NAACP and their reaction of laughter when she made the statement.

In the same speech Sherrod said, “I haven’t seen such mean-spirited people as I’ve seen lately over this issue of healthcare. Some of the racism we thought was buried; didn’t it surface. Now we endured eight years of the Bushes and we didn’t do the stuff these Republicans are doing because we have a black President.” Because you oppose Obama’s radical policies in his efforts to “spread the wealth,” you are called a RACIST.

On July 22,2010, Shirley Sherrod was on the John King show on CNN. King asked her, “If you had 30 seconds with Andrew Breitbart, what would you say?” Sherrod responded, “I’d tell him he’s a lie. He knew exactly what effect that would have on the conservative racist people he’s dealing with. That’s why I started getting the hate mail and hate calls.”

The Obama Administration, Statists, NAACP and the so-called Main-Stream Media want to marginalize and silence the Tea-Party movement, Andrew Breitbart, Fox News and Glen Beck with false claims of racism and telling lies. Sarah Palin on Mosque and the Statists

On July 18, 2010, Sarah Palin Tweeted, "Peace-seeking Muslims, pls understand, Ground Zero mosque is UNNECESSARY provocation; it stabs hearts. Pls reject it in interest of healing."

Bloomberg’s aide Andrea Batista Schlesinger tweeted back “@SarahPalinUSA mind your business," and followed that up with: "@SarahPalinUSA whose hearts? Racist hearts?"

Well Ms. Schlesinger, it is America’s business. We were attacked by violent radical jihadists. We are not necessarily at war with Islam; however, Islam is at war with us. When Statists cannot discuss the merits of an argument, they resort to name-calling. Pitiful!

King Bloomberg defends the building of the mosque on first amendment grounds of religious freedom. Too bad, he forgets there is more than the first amendment, such as the second amendment, which he opposes.He has denounced calls to look into the group's funding. Why? He is a King because he coerced the New York legislators to make an exception to the term limit law so he could spend over $100 million to remain the Mayor of New York. You have to question why he is in support of the mosque, what is in it for him?

King Bloomberg is wrong on his endorsement of the mosque being built at “Ground Zero.” Islam is not just a religion; it is a religious system, a political system and a military system. The Muslim Brotherhood calls for a “Civilization-Jihadist Process,” in which they would destroy the Western civilization from within. Radical Muslims believe Americans are infidels; and the infidels will have to convert to Islam, be enslaved or be killed.They state, we do not want to democratize Islam, we want to Islamize democracy. That is what we want.

This mosque would be a symbol to the world of their conquest of 9/11 and should not be built there. It is an "in your face" to the American people.

The United States is a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles and we tolerate other religions like Islam, but we do not want to become a Muslim nation and put under Sharia law and Honor Killings. That is why we must remain vigilant to protect our freedom.

Social Security

Social Security was never meant to be paid out. FDR set it up as a slush fund. When it was started, the life expectancy for males was 61.4 years and for females, it was 65.7 years. They made the retirement age 65. These Politicians/Statists solutions to the problem with Social Security are to raise the retirement age, raise taxes, cut benefits or a combination of the three. Who are they to say when you can retire? People should be able to retire when they want to retire if they have the funds to do it. If people had their own retirement account they could retire when they wanted to. The way the system is set up now, bureaucrats have to much control over people's lives. My parents both worked all of their lives and retired on Social (In) Security. My father was receiving approximately $1400 a month and my mother $1200 a month. When my father died, my mother had to return the $1400 and received a $275 death benefit. She then began to receive $1400 a month, instead of the $1200 she had been receiving. She not only had to suffer the loss of her soul mate, but the household income was virtually cut in half, because of the tragedy of death. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN! Everyone should have their own account that is set up to their risk tolerance. Families should not loose any of their retirement (estate) money because of a death; it should stay within the family.

Social Security is a PONZI scheme and needs to be eliminated over time, wherein people have their own accounts. Therefore, the solution is to take care of the people that were hoodwinked into the system and continue to pay their benefits. Then ween everyone else off of the system over time. That means the young people entering the work force would set up their own retirement account, but would have to contribute some extra to take care of grandma and grandpa. Organizations like the AARP want to keep the staus quo, where it is based on workers in the work force. A system that is bankrupting Social Security. It took the country 75 years to get to this point and it will take some time to fix the problem. The Bureaucrats are set up with their lavish pension system and are not on Social Security. These Statists in Congress want to keep control over the system, because they want control over our lives and a slush fund.

My suggestion is to immediately set up a system to take care of the people who are on it and ween the others off. Therefore, the moral and just thing to do is to have everyone have their own account and in control of their lives.

Kathleen Sebelius assured. “These awards are being made on a case-by-case basis. There is no general plan that routinely authorizes federal funds to be used for abortions.”

Stupak said, “Staffers may have been unaware of his Executive Order or may not have read it. I know I didn’t read it. Heck, I didn’t have time to read much more than a small fraction of the healthcare bill itself before we voted on it.”

There is no general plan just a case-by-case basis.So far three states have federally funded abortions, (case-by-case basis). However, they claim Obama has not gone back on his deal, he did sign an executive order; it just is not being adhered to. I guess Stupak (Stupid) is justifying what is taking place to clear his conscience. What a HYPOCRITE!! I called and wrote his office prior to the vote stating executive orders on not worth the paper that they are written on. He voted on it anyway and now to this day said he did not read the massive bill. Obamacare was a power grab and about CONTROL.These Statists are a JOKE and need to be FIRED.

O'Reilly, NAACP and the Tea-Party

On the O’Reilly Factor, July 15, 2010, O’Reilly was discussing the NAACP and racial politics in regards to the Tea-Party movement. They talked about a billboard that was put up by the Iowa Tea-Party that depicts Obama as a Democratic Socialist, surrounded by a Nazi Socialist in Hitler and a Marxist Socialist in Lenin. He stated if the Iowa Tea-Party put up the sign with a Hitler mustache on Obama that is an atrocity, period. The fact that they put it up disqualifies them. Really? There was not a Hitler mustache on Obama in the sign. In Obama’s own words, he has talked about the redistribution of wealth and several of his Democrat/Statists colleagues have called themselves Socialists. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is designated as a Socialist who caucuses with the Democrat Party. So Bill, Obama is a Socialist. However, the Iowa Tea-Party has removed the sign.

Marc Lamont Hill was on the O’Reilly Factor, July 14, 2010, and the discussion was on the NAACP calling the Tea-Party Protesters racists. Yet, the NAACP does not denounce the racist rhetoric coming from Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, or Samir Shabazz nor does Hill.

Hill claims he never heard anything racist from Jeremiah Wright and defends his First Amendment right to speak out. Try checking out videos of Wright on You-Tube.

Ben Jealous, President of the NAACP said,Tea-Partiers were carrying signs with slogans to lynch President Obama and lynch Eric Holder and the NAACP is calling for the Tea-Partiers to expel the racists. Hill said, a strong case can be made that racism exists in the Tea-Party, and those types of signs endanger the life of the President. O’Reilly said there is no evidence of the signs. Hill responded, “Just because you haven’t seen it” (the signs), implying just because you haven’t seen the signs doesn’t mean they don’t exist.” What??

Hill said the New Black Panther Party did not endorse the statement of Samir Shabazz calling for killing crackers and white babies. The action of what took place at that voting precinct was not even endorsed by the New Black Panther Party. When O’Reilly stated there are videos where Samir’s actions were endorsed, Hill claims he did not see that video.

Then he brings up the incident in Washington D.C. where several black Democrat representatives claimed they were called the N-word while walking through the crowd prior to the healthcare vote.These representatives made the false claim of being called the N-word. They are LIARS! They taped the whole walk. If they had anyone on the tape calling them the N-word, the so-call Main-Stream Media would loop it repeatedly. Hill states, the NAACP is a black advocating organization, and if the point of the organization is to defend black people why should they be out there beating up on the New Black Panther Party. (Justifying voter intimidation and death threats). The NAACP is designed to protect people of color; it is for the advancement of colored people.

Marc Lamont Hill has a PH.D.(Piled High and Deep), and teaches African-American Studies at Columbia University. When he refuses to acknowledge racism coming from the NAACP, Farrakhan, Wright, Shabazz or Samir, you have to ask, who are the REAL RACISTS? You wonder why race relations are not improving when people like Hill have this kind of mindset. The bigger question is, “What is he teaching our children?”

They purposely walked through the crowd hoping something would happen. When nothing happened, they made the false claim of being called the N-word. They are LIARS! Because they taped the whole walk. If they had anyone on the tape calling them the N-word it would be looped over and over again by the so-call Main-Stream Media. Instead, the lies are being perpetuated by the media.

The Obama Administration’s Justice Department, led by Eric Holder refused to prosecute members of the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation. J. Christian Adams, who resigned from the Justice Department, stated the Justice Department dropped the case for racial reasons. Adams claims the administration has failed to prosecute non-whites when it comes to voting intimidation cases. Barack Hussein Obama is a divisive and polarizing figure, who is tearing this country apart. So, who are the REAL RACISTS?

The Tea-Party protesters are patriots exercising their First Amendment Rights and are opposed to Obama’s vision of transforming America. It is a good thing there are alternate sources of information out there to get the TRUTH.

The Union pinhead, Stewart Asscup said, this is a Nation of Immigrants. Yes, but LEGAL IMMIGRANTS and there is a pathway to citizenship. The Union leaders are pushing for Amnesty so they can increase their roles and collect more dues so they can enrich themselves. Being a sovereign nation means, we are also a Nation of Laws. What Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Governor Jan Brewer are trying to do is protect their citizens something the Obama administration is reluctant to do. Don't forget, Obama took an oath of office, which he is in violation of, to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.

What should be done is to enforce the laws already on the books, which includes securing the border, enforce the laws against the illegal immigrants and the employers, and deport those who are here illegally. Then you can work on streamlining the process to let legal immigrants into this country.They would have to learn and speak English and assimilate into the American culture. Corporations can then stop putting up dual language signs that are added costs to the citizens of this country due to the immigration problem.

Some people want "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" (Amnesty). These people claim the US cannot deport all of the illegal immigrants.They say they would have the illegal immigrants go to the back of the line. When pressed for a clarification as to where the back of the line is, they reluctantly say their old country. Wouldn't that be DEPORTATION? You do not reward people for BAD BEHAVIOR, because what do you tell the people that gained access to this country legally? To all the UNION leaders the key word is LEGAL.

Anti-gun Daley Upset with Supreme Court Gun Ruling

Mayor Daley was unhappy with the 5-4 Supreme Court decision, McDonald v. City of Chicago, striking down Chicago’s gun ban, returning it to the lower court for a final decision. Daley said the city would have in place a new ordinance aimed at making it difficult to purchase and own a gun in Chicago and stated,"We are a country of laws not a nation of guns."

Strange though, I thought the second amendment to the Constitution (the supreme law of the land) states, …“the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” I guess Daley believes like so many Statists that they do not have to follow the Constitution. Mayor Daley and Statists like him apparently, only want to follow laws they agree with. They either ignore the law, bribe the legislature to change the law or exempt their Statist from the law, as they did with King Michael Bloomberg of New York on term limits.

Keep in mind, the second amendment was put in place to keep an overreaching government from becoming tyrannical. The Declaration of Independence states:

…Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,…

…when a long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…

Mayor Daley has armed bodyguards. So, why do people like him want to prevent law-abiding citizens the ability to defend themselves and their families? People have a God given right to protect themselves and their family. The American people need to wake up and fire Statists like Daley.

The Obama Administration and the First Amendment

Representative Joe Wilson of South Carolina shouted, “You lie,” to President Barack Hussein Obama while the President was giving a speech to Congress. Even though Obama was lying, Wilson was forced to apologize for his outburst.

The Obama administration forced BP to set up a 20 Billion dollar fund to pay for the claims in the Gulf and another 100 million dollar fund to pay for the idled workers caused by Obama’s moratorium on drilling for oil. Joe Barton called the event a shakedown. After which, House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio), House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-Va.) and House Republican Conference Chairman Mike Pence (R-Ind.) condemned the remarks, forced Barton to apologize, and retract the statement, even though what the Obama administration did amounted to extortion or a shakedown. Just remember, if the Obama administration can shakedown a billion dollar company that has lawyers, they can do it to you (the private individual). In reality, they have with Obamacare.

Senator Jon Kyle of Arizona says Obama told him his administration would lose leverage to get passed Comprehensive Immigration Reform (AKA Amnesty) if they would secure the borders. Obama sent out his spokesperson to say he did not say that and Senator Kyle is a liar. Now, is Senator Kyle going to be silenced and forced to apologize?

I do not understand the Republican Party silencing their colleagues when they are telling the truth.The Republican Party needs to get a spine and stand up to this administration. The first amendment of the Constitution states, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of the speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Obama’s policies are detrimental to the citizens of this country. He was slow to react to the oil crisis and he refuses to secure the borders. In doing so, Obama has violated his oath of office and the Senators should look to impeach him.

BP, Obama and the Oil Crisis

President Barack Hussein Obama was late in his response to the oil leak crisis in the Gulf. He was either incompetent and did not know what to do or he was lax in the response to push forward his agenda. (Remember; never let a good crisis go to waste). Either way it shows what a poor leader he is, but then again what did you expect when a Community Organizer is put in charge to run the country. A LEADER leads, but a Community Organizer agitates.

Some people are calling the Obama Administration a Regime because his administration uses bribes and intimidation to push through their agenda. Barack Obama bribed two Representatives from California with the promise of turning on 25% of the water to the farmlands, which had been turned off due to EPA regulations in return for their vote on Obamacare. His administration bribed Representative Joe Sestak with a job if he would drop out of the Senate race against Senator Arlen Spector. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar stated, “We’re going to keep our boot on the throat of BP.”

People like Bill O’Reilley want to give President Obama a pass on the oil spill stating, “What more could he have done?” What more could he have done? He could have been a LEADER. The Presidents prime responsibility is to protect and defend the citizens of the United States. The governments responsibility would be to contain and cleanup the spill to minimize the damage. Wasn’t he supposed to be a lawyer? Apparently not a very good one because the first thing people are supposed to do is mitigate their damages. Obama’s response was not to worry; BP was going to pay for everything.

Now, some of Obama’s Hollywood buddies want him to get tough and show emotion. So he goes on the Matt Lauer show and says he went to the Gulf and had to stand in the rain to meet with the people and stated, “He’s looking for someone’s ass to kick.” (I wonder when he said that if he had a gun tucked under his shirt, like Bill Maher suggested.)That statement is just as classless and asinine as the statement made by the BP CEO Tony Hayward, “I want my life back.” If he is looking for someone’s ass to kick maybe he should begin by looking in the mirror. Some people say Obama is getting angry over the oil spill, but I say he is getting angry because some people are pointing the finger of blame at him for this catastrophe and he does not like to be criticized.

In times of crisis a Community Agitator does the following:

• Takes no action for nine days and later tells the people he was on it from day one.

• Sends in the lawyers.

• Forms commissions to study and make recommendations to solve the problem.

• Use the crisis to push forward an agenda. (Cap and Trade)

• Points blame at everyone else.

• Shuts down the industry.

• Complains about having to go to the Gulf, stand in the rain and meet the people.

• Makes no mention of the men that were killed on the rig until told to do so for his image.

• Have people fill out forms instead of using their products that would clean up the spill.

A leader on the other hand does the following:

• Assesses the situation and takes immediate action to minimize the damage.

• Meet with all principals involved and organize a strategy to solve the crisis.

• Does not shut down the industry.

• Empathizes with the people and assures them the crisis will be solved.

• Implements pre-approved emergency plans consisting of the following:

o Use of booms to encircle the spill.

o Controlled burns.

o Build sand berms.

o Bring in empty tankers with vacuum hoses to suck up the oil.

o Use any and all technology to minimize the damage.

Some of the survivors of the Deep Horizon rig that caught fire and sunk were on the Anderson Cooper show. They stated a representative from BP came onto the rig and ordered the Transocean representative to change the way they were drilling to speed up the process because BP was loosing money. Instead of using specialized mud as a lubricant in the drilling process, the BP representative ordered Transocean to use sea water to speed up the process, even though the practice was not safe. The Transocean representative succumbed to the wishes of BP and stopped using the mud and replaced it with seawater. The workers then replaced the mud with seawater as they were instructed to do even though it was unsafe.

People are now asking, who’s to blame for the explosion and fire of the Deep Water Horizon oil rig and subsequent oil leak and environmental crisis in the Gulf? Is BP, Transocean, the workers, or President Barack Obama responsible? I say they all are responsible and here’s why. It was about money, greed and incompetence. The BP representative only cared about the money it was costing the company by not speeding up the process. The process was slowed down by using the mud, but it was the safe way to do it. The driller (Transocean) should have not bent to the wishes of the BP representative because he knew, like the BP representative knew that it was not safe to use sea water instead of the mud. The workers themselves were at fault, because they could have refused to do the unsafe method and reported them. However, for fear of being fired they did drill unsafely, which apparently caused the explosion and fire. Obama and his administration were inept and incompetent in their reaction to the spill.

The Obama administration was slow to react to contain and cleanup the spill to minimize the damage caused by the leak. He has yet to meet with any of the BP Executives. According to the Houston Chronicle the Dutch Government offered to help with sand barriers and skimmers to control the oil spill. The skimmers would have been able to remove 20,000 tons of oil and sludge a day. However, the Obama administration refused the help. There are booms sitting in a warehouse in Maine not being used. There are other means of controlling the spill that are not being used.

The main sources of revenue from the Gulf Coast are tourism, fishing and oil, but by the slow response of this administration to contain and cleanup the spill the fishing and tourism industries have now been affected. On top of that, Obama now wants to cripple the oil industry by placing a moratorium on drilling until he can be sure an accident like this can never happen again. Does Obama know what shutting down the oil industry will do to our fragile economy? Using that logic, the airline industry should be shut down; because on May 23, 2010 an Air India plane crashed in Mangalore, India killing 159 people. It was a tragic accident and people died. So should we ban or stop flying? The answer is no. The airlines should not be shut down until the government figures out a way to not have anymore accidents. By the same token we should not stop drilling for oil.

Today, Obama is saying, “Even though I am President of the United States, my power is not limitless. I can not dive down there and plug the hole; I can not suck it up with a straw.” Yet, Obama said during the summer of his presidential run, " … this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal; this was the moment when we ended a war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last, best hope on earth…We are the ones we have been waiting for." So why doesn’t he just lower the Gulf waters and “plug the damn hole?”

Furthermore, I am not an engineer, but I have experience in plumbing and have seen pictures from the leak and it seems like it is similar to a union that is bolted down. They should have the schematics of that union and could put one together with a riser pipe and a shut off valve attached. In doing so, they could cut off the bolts of the old one and replace it with the new one containing the shut off valve. The shut off valve would remain open until the piece is attached and then close the valve.Like I said, I am not an engineer, but maybe they are thinking too hard on it and this simple solution may work.

Some people are now calling for an end to using oil because of this spill.These people may not be aware of all of the different products made from oil, but some of them are tires, shoes, curtains, plastic, PVC pipe, shingles, rope, clothing, ink, along with fuels and lubricants typically associated with oil. President Obama stated, “The fact that oil companies now have to go a mile underwater and then drill another three miles below that in order to hit oil tells us something about the direction of the oil industry. Extraction is more expensive, and it is going to be inherently more risky. And so that’s part of the reason you never heard me say, ‘Drill, baby, drill,’ because we can’t drill our way out of the problem.” He fails to mention that they are drilling there because of EPA regulations; wherein the environmentalists, through the courts are blocking the drilling for oil inland, where it would be cheaper and less risky. Obama will be using this catastrophe to push for the Cap and Trade legislation, even though climate change is a hoax.

Oil is the lifeblood of our economy and our way of life. The United States needs to become energy independent as a matter of National Security. To rein in costs to help the American people, the United States needs an energy policy that works, which includes drilling where the oil is, nuclear power, clean coal, wind, solar and other alternative fuel sources as long as it is not from the food chain.

If there is a bright spot to the oil crisis it is it shows the ingenuity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of the American people. The next governor of California will be a re-tread in Jerry Brown or a RINO in Meg Whitman. Meg Whitman spent 80 million dollars to win the Republican primary for Governor in California for a job that pays $212179. Why? She was endorsed by the RINO Newt Gingrich, who is positioning himself to run for president in 2012. King Michael Bloomberg of New York spent over 100 million dollars and convinced the New York legislators to make an exception for him to run for a third term as mayor of New York City. These people are buying elections; it is all about power and control. I do not believe America needs to have Kings or Queens or oligharchies to run our government.

She said the only time she voted in her life was in 1984 for George H. W. Bush, although it was Ronald Reagan who was running for president in 1984. Did she really vote then? She clarified her voting record by saying, “Like many Americans…I missed too many elections. I voted in the 1984 election in California, I remember it very clearly… the last president I voted for was George Bush Senior, then John McCain, obviously.” When asked for an explanation as to why she did not participate in the election process she had no explanation except to say she was wrong for not voting all those years.

Whitman’s position on immigration is the same as President Barack Obama. She is against the Arizona law, wants to secure the borders, go after the employers who hire illegal immigrants, with fines and possible loss of licenses and closing the business for subsequent violations. As for the illegal immigrants that are here she wants to fine them, have them learn to speak English and get to the back of the line, but she does not want to deport them. If she does not want to deport them I ask, “Where is the back of the line?” You do not reward people for bad behavior. The illegal immigrants need to be deported.

She also is an admirer of Van Jones stating “he is very bright, very articulate. I’m a huge fan of his,” even though he is an admitted communist and an ex czar of the Obama administration. Van Jones now went underground and no longer openly calls himself a Communist stating to drop the radical pose for the radical ends; instead he calls himself an environmentalist. Van Jones spoke at an American Future Now conference and said, “The opportunity to recognize that a government movement is three things. It’s top down, you handled that. You got the White House, the Senate and the House. You handled the top down- but it is also bottom up and inside out. Top down, bottom up and inside out. So, now your challenge as you leave here-our challenge is to take care of that bottom up part and that inside out part, the heart part. That’s where we are at now and we have the chance as we move forward to take the old admonition from the South African movement and govern from below.” …”I think that when we look back at the history of the Obama administration, when we look back at the history of our progressive movement, that this week will mark an historic inflection point when progressives decided to be progressives again in this country. The American people need to educate themselves and become informed about the people who want to run the government, because if you get the wrong people in power they will want to control you. A Korean War veteran encountered an intruder breaking into his home who fired two shots at him. The vet returned fire, killing the intruder. The victim purchased his gun after he was robbed six months earlier.Chicago has a ban on owning handguns and Mayor Daley does not know if charges will be filed against the homeowner. He then made the following idiotic statement: “I understand the situation and I understand. What I'm saying is all of us have to understand that guns [is] not the answer to problems we see in homes and on the streets of America. It's just [has] simple as that.” He says this while walking around with armed body guards. The US Supreme Court is supposed to rule on the ban by the end of June, 2010. Hopefully, the judges will see the wisdom in ending the ban.

This is not the first idiotic statement made by Daley, he blamed the Fort Hood shootings on guns. These useless Democrat/Statists like Daley do not understand that people have a God given right to protect themselves and their families. Fools like Daley, who are in positions of power want to try to take that right away. Daley says guns [is] not the answer, I have to disagree. Guns were the answer for this 80-year-old Army veteran who shot and killed a career criminal, Anthony Nelson, 29, who was on parole, had a 13-page rap sheet and went by the name "Big Ant." I guess you could say this courageous veteran exterminated the Big Ant. However, his son Butch Gant said it best, "He missed, (but) my daddy didn't." But then something like this happens and people say where’s the government, we want big government.” I guess they are referring to the Tea-Party protesters. However, they are the ones who do not get it. The Tea Party protesters are not anti-government, they are for limited government. There is a role for government and its primary responsibility is to protect its citizens. It is for the defense of this country. That is where the Obama administration is not living up to its role, whether it is protecting the borders to overseeing the containment and cleanup of the oil spill. Those would be legitimate roles of the government and the Obama administration is falling short of expectations.

Saturday May 15, 2010, President Obama paid tribute to law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. He stated, the officers give Americans a sense of security in their daily lives. A life free from fear is what makes freedom possible.

I guess, unless you live in Arizona, that foreign country where the Governor, Jan Brewer had to step in and pass a law to help protect the citizens of that state from the invasion of illegal immigrants coming across the border, because the federal government refuses to do their duty and secure the borders. President Obama and U.S. Attorney Eric Holder misrepresented, mischaracterized and demonized the law, saying it was misguided and would lead to racial profiling, without even reading the law. Obama has been fanning the flames of racism regarding the Arizona law and now other states are joining in the protest by refusing to do business with the state of Arizona. All because the Governor took steps necessary to try to protect the citizens of her state.

The United States of America is a sovereign nation, made up of laws that need to be enforced or you will have anarchy. There was a “teacher” at a rally at UCLA California calling for a revolution against Capitalism (the United States) and claiming California and the southwest states are the occupied territory of Mexico. At another immigration rally there were signs stating give us free heathcare, housing, food and jobs without taxes or they will shoot the police. However, you did not hear any condemnation from these acts coming from Obama or Holder, or see it publicized by the so-called mainstream media.

Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution states, before he (president) enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following
Oath or Affirmation:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve,protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." I do not believe President Obama is living up to the oath of office he took. Here is why:

Article 2 Section 2 states, The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices. The Governor of Arizona did ask for help from the federal government in securing the borders.

The Constitution begins with: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union,establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article 1 Section 8 states, To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations; To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces; To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions; To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers,and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;...

Article 1 Section 9 states, The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person. The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

Article 2.Section 1
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

Article 4 Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Although, I am not a lawyer it seems to me that President Obama is not living up to the oath of office he took when he was sworn in as President of the United States, because he swore to the best of his ability, to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Clearly the Constitution states, as President he is Commander in Chief, and he is to protect every state against and invasion and domestic violence, especially when the Governor has asked for help.

I have a suggestion for him, Free Admission to all illegal immigrants to the Los Suns basketball games. In fact, why not free admission to everyone. Obviously, he is not concerned with this invasion of illegal immigrants to this country that costs American taxpayers, so he should not mind letting them into the games for free. When they pass the turn styles, he can just think of them as crossing the border into our country. That goes for all the other sports teams who have problems with Arizona’s law.

President Ronald Reagan made the mistake of granting amnesty to the illegal immigrants that were in the country at the time, which has only escalated the problem. On top of the increase in crime, the illegal immigration problem puts a strain on the healthcare, welfare, education and legal systems of this country. We all have to carry our drivers licenses with us when we are driving; and need identification to cash a check, rent a hotel room or fly on a plane. It is also a federal law dating back to 1940 mandating immigrants carry their papers with them.

Why don’t the people who are complaining about Governor Jan Brewer passing a law to protect the citizens of Arizona, check the immigration laws of other countries like Mexico or Iran? They will find out they are more restrictive than ours. Then again, what do they say to the people who gained access to this country through the proper means? For the fools that may not know, the United States is a sovereign nation with laws that need to be enforced or you will have anarchy.

The "Obama" said everything but deport the illegal immigrants. He said you make them pay a fine, learn to speak english, and get to the back of the line. Yet, he doesn't mention deportation, so they are still at the front of the line. It's the Federal Governments responsibility to secure the borders and Obama refuses to do it. AP wrote an article stating that Homeland Security estimates Arizona's illegal Immigrants to be about 460000. So they have to know where some of them are. Why are they not enforcing the law? The "Obama" is fanning the flames, he is a polarizing, divisive figure and makes no mention of the fear the American citizens of that state has because of the increase of criminal activity.Governor Jan Brewer should be commended for taking steps necessary to protect the citizens of Arizona, unlike Governor Swarzennegger who did not help his states' farmers regarding the water that was turned off because of government regulations. Then the "Obama" did a despicable act when he bribed two Representatives from California to vote yes on Obamacare in return for turning on some water. Some of these Statists are now calling for a boycott of Arizona, from tourism to the baseball team. Some gutless businesses have cancelled their conventions. We should find out which businesses they were and return the favor. All this because the Governor signed a law to try and help protect its citizens. Obama is quite the leader? The Republicans need to mention that prime culprits Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are not included in the financial reform bill. Then they need to talk about the architects of the bill, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd and expose their involvement in the financial crisis. (There are you-tube videos of them showing their involvement). Regarding the bill, who will determine what is a good risk from a bad one? That leads to the problem of giving the government (Obama & Geithner) control over these institutions, with intimidation and coercion; and if the institutions do not cooperate with the Obama administration, they will be put out of business. After all it's the CHICAGO WAY. They should also point out the contributions made by these financial firms to the Democrats. Speaking of lobbyists, Goldman Sachs CEO came to the Whitehouse 4 times, contributed over a million dollars to Obama’s campaign, and will want payback. This leads to the coincidence of the timing by the SEC of the investigation against Goldman Sachs to push for financial reform, which the Obama administration claims they had nothing to do with. Goldman Sachs need not worry though, because as I said they contributed immensely to get Obama elected and they are one of the institutions that will be implementing Cap and Trade. Obama mentions he wants to get the money back for the taxpayers and he is going to charge a fee to the banks to set up a slush/bailout fund. Where does he think the banks are going to get the money? They are going to get it from their CUSTOMERS, the American taxpayers. This financial reform bill is nothing more than a powrer grab and ultimately will be costly to the American citizen by increased bank fees. I hope that the Republicans can get the message out and the Senate Republicans will not cave and go along with this scheme.

Obama's Oil Ploy

Is President Barack Hussein Obama now in favor of drilling for oil? A closer look says, “No”.

In the State of the Union address Obama stated, “…. It means making tough decisions about opening new offshore areas for oil and gas development…” On March 30th, 2010 President Obama opened up offshore exploration of oil off the coast of Virginia. Some people may say “HOORAY, what took you so long.” Others like environmentalist would disagree, because they mostly do not want anything to do with oil. Is he serious about drilling for oil? Does he really mean it? Remember, he says it is just for exploration not drilling.

However, in September 2008, President George W. Bush signed a consolidated appropriations bill that funded government operations, but also included in the bill was the lifting of a ban on offshore drilling. Drilling had been off-limits for 27 years in the Outer Continental Shelf and with the signing of the bill the oil industry is free to lease the areas. Earlier in the year 2008 Bush lifted an executive moratorium on oil and gas leasing offshore.

Obama says and implies he wants to expand exploration and drilling for oil but, he has restricted exploration on the west coast, south of Alaska, parts of the Gulf of Mexico and on the east coast north of Virginia. He canceled or rescinded the drilling leases that were to go in effect on parts of the west coast. Also a federal judge has suspended oil and gas leases in Montana, so studies can be done on how the field activities might contribute to climate change. Before the ban can be lifted a new round of environmental reviews will have to take place.

In essence, Obama is allowing for exploration where the oil may not be instead of where it is. He is basically saying to oil companies, I’ll let you explore here for oil off the coast of Virginia. The oil companies say we don’t know if there is oil there, but we know there are reserves elsewhere, such as in Anwar or off the west coast, why not let us explore and drill there. No, if you want to explore you can only do it where I say you can.

Energy is a matter of National Security, because oil/gasoline is the lifeblood of our economy and America would not be held hostage by OPEC anymore, with the rigs being on American territory thus we would be more secure. To rein in costs to help the American people, the United States needs an energy policy that works, which includes drilling where the oil is, nuclear power, clean coal and other alternative fuel sources as long as it is not from the food chain. Another problem leading to the high cost of fuel is the lack of refineries in this country and the regulations imposed by the EPA on them to refine different grades of fuel throughout the country. Due to the EPA regulations and the fact that there hasn’t been a refinery built in this country for decades leads to higher costs, because of supply and demand.

So what was the reason for the big announcement From President Obama? Could it be he wants to get credit where credit is not due, because Congress passed a bill opening up the Outer Continental Shelf to offshore drilling in 2008? Could it be that gasoline prices are going up so he can say it’s not his fault, he agreed to open up for offshore exploration? He will then demonize the oil companies, claiming they are evil and will call for a windfall profits tax on them. Could it be it is a carrot to the Republican’s to try to get passed the Cap and Trade legislation?

He says he is going to lift the ban on offshore drilling, even though it was lifted in 2008, and yet he restricts it where it was previously lifted. So is he really serious about becoming energy independent or is it just a ploy to get the Cap and Tax bill passed, which will give the Government more control over our lives? Only time will tell, but speaking of his track record on promises I would say no.

Patrick Martin, the healthcare legislation is about CONTROL and the loss of freedoms, not healthcare. The loss of freedom will occur because everything you do is tied to healthcare. Pat, did you not find it troubling when Obama used water as a means to bribe two representatives of California to change their vote to yes? The pumps have been turned off by the Federal Government because of environmental concerns of a smelt, a tiny fish. The farms are not being farmed because of the lack of water. So, Obama said he would release some water for their vote. That showed what a true despot he is. It is truly an evil despicable act when people in position of power use water (or food) as a means to bribe someone for political gain. It is an act a third world dictator does to his people.

Al Sharpton said the American people voted for Socialism. Funny, I did not see that on the ballot. Obama did say he was going to transform America and we needed to spread the wealth around. John Dingle said, “… it takes a long time to do the necessary administrative steps ‘to control the people.’” The Communist Dictator Fidel Castro likes it calling it a miracle that healthcare passed. The Republicans and very few Democrats were on the right side of this debate. Stupak and a few other so-called Pro-Life Democrats sold their vote for an executive order from Obama to ban federal funding of abortion. For your information, executive orders are not worth the paper they are written on. They can be ignored, or changed at any time by the current administration or future administrations.

If the healthcare legislation is so GREAT, why did they need to bribe certain Senators and Representatives in order to get them to vote for it? Why did Pelosi say, “We have to pass the bill, to find out what’s in the bill?” Why are the laws not being enforced when both parties state there are billions of dollars in waste and fraud in the system? The American people stood up and opposed this monstrosity, yet they were not heard.

Apparently, you believe in universal health-care and think it is a right. So, who is going to pay for it? It is a want or a need, but not a right. You have a God given right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. No one is denied healthcare in this country and you wrongfully accused the Republicans of not have any ideas for reforming the system. Here are some ideas: allow insurance companies to offer policies across state lines to compete, tort reform and health savings accounts.

Democrats are divisive and use people as victims and props to push their agenda. They exploited an 11 year old, Marcus Owens who’s mother had died blaming it on her not having insurance even though she received treatment. At the signing event Obama promised everyone immortality when he stated, “I’m signing this for 11 year old Marcellus Owens who lost his mom to an illness, she didn’t have insurance and couldn’t afford the care…So in her memory he has told her story across America ‘so that no other children have to go through what his family has experienced.’” She did receive care and still died. Note to Democrats, “We are all going to die.”

Barack Hussein Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were all gloating and had an in your face attitude over the passage of the healthcare bill. Democrats like to demonize certain industries and pit one group of people against another. They demonized the oil co’s., banks, doctors, pharmaceuticals, insurance etc. Now they are targeting the Tea Party Protesters, because they want to silence anyone who opposes Obama’s policies. At the rally, at the Capital some black representatives claimed they were called the N-word and spat upon. There is a video that disputes their allegations and in the video it shows one of the representatives was video-taping as they walked through the crowds. They purposely walked through the crowd hoping that something would happen. When nothing racist did, they lied. If their allegations were true they would be showing the video they took of it and the lame-stream media would be looping the video over and over again ala Rodney King.

The Democrats pushed this legislation to create an ever increasing amount of people dependent on the government in order to garner votes to stay in POWER. Government run Social Security and Medicare are going bankrupt. We do not need the government to run the healthcare system.
Obama, in one fell swoop has taken over the healthcare industry (on its way to single payer) and student loans. It’s estimated 30000 jobs in the student loan industry will be lost. Next he is pushing for more regulation on the banks giving more authority to Timothy (Tax Cheat) Geithner over the banks; wherein Geithner could determine if certain banks are doing risky business and shut them down. Cap and Trade is in the hopper and if he can’t get the law passed in the legislature, Obama will have it administered through the EPA, thus going after the energy sector and our personal lives. To increase his voting base he will grant amnesty to the illegal immigrants in this country, with the help of Lindsey Graham. What would the Founding Fathers think of our country then?

Some people compare Barack Hussein Obama to Adolph Hitler. Would the IRS be considered his Gestapo? Would SEIU and ACORN be considered his SS and would they become his civilian security force that is just as big, just as strong and just as well funded as our military? Would the Obama group, Organizing for America (OFA), which is recruiting high school students as interns to push his agenda or grade school children who are being indoctrinated into singing songs of praise about the “Obama” be compared with the Hitler Youth movement? Would the Main-Stream Media (Lame-Stream Media) be considered his propaganda wing? Hitler designed the Volkswagen (literally, the "car of the people") and Obama favors the Volt. Obama is a proponent of partial birth abortion and infanticide, because as a State Senator in Illinois he was against an anti-infanticide bill and voted down the bill, which would have protected live-born survivors of abortion. In the recent healthcare debate he showed what a true despot he was and is when he used water as a means to bribe two representatives of California to change their vote to yes. It is truly an evil despicable act when people in position of power use water (or food) as a means to bribe someone for political gain. It is an act a third world dictator does to his people. How Obama, a Despot Got Elected & the Consequences

Barack Hussein Obama was the first mulatto president of the United States; some say he is the first black president. (You say black, I say mulatto) How did he get elected? Well, he had the support of Hollywood, Oprah Winfrey, Andy Stern, George Soros, ACORN, SEIU, unions and the Main Stream Media (Lame Stream Media) who did not question him on anything, because he was their guy.

Then you had the college kids that had been brainwashed and got caught up in the excitement of wanting to have their first vote to be historic, whether it be for the first woman in Hillary Clinton or the first mulatto (black) in Obama. The overwhelming majority of blacks voted for him for the same reason. Colin Powell claims to be a Republican, yet he endorsed and voted for Obama even though John McCain ran on a similar platform as Obama.

There was the white guilt vote. There was the anti-Bush anti-Republican vote. There were the people that did not vote at all. McCain was a weak candidate, because he was in favor of amnesty for illegal immigrants among other things and did not want to challenge Obama on anything. Ask Bill Cunningham who was trying to help McCain get elected but was excoriated by him for using Obama’s middle name, Hussein.

Then there was the early voting and possible vote fraud that nobody wanted to question because Obama is black (mulatto). Who was watching the early ballots to keep them from being tampered with? ACORN, the corrupt organization was involved in the election process and is being investigated in numerous states for voter registration fraud.

Many states had more registered voters than citizens and Missouri was one. The Democrat/Statists continually push for absentee and early voting without requiring a photo ID. They claim a photo ID would disenfranchise certain voters. Yet they need a photo ID to cash a check. In Missouri on Election Day the polls are supposed to close at 7:00p.m., except in 2004, where they remained open past 7:00p.m.yet when the results come in St. Louis and Kansas City’s results are the last to come in. Why is that?

Susan Estrich, who headed the Dukakis presidential campaign was on Fox News, March 20th, 2010 and stated, “…anyone who professes to be shocked that on a close bill the President goes one on one with members of Congress and says about that water in California…” She apparently thinks that withholding water from the citizens for political gain is alright to do. Then again as the first woman to head a presidential campaign I wonder if it was her idea to put Dukakis in the tank? And we all know how the Dukakis’s election turned out.

California has over 20% unemployment and lost a year’s worth of growing because they refused to let the water flow, which means higher prices for the fruits and vegetables they were unable to grow. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governator did nothing about it. I wrote him stating that he was in charge of his state and for the sake of his constituents that he should get the water turned on. I received no response and he did nothing to help the situation.

Now that Obama is President, people are finally realizing that he is not the Messiah and they are rejecting his vision of change. Except for those people that want to be enslaved to the Welfare State or the people that are employed by the Government. His vision is not the same as true Americans. He is for Social Justice and wants to spread the wealth around. That’s not to say that he and his ilk will not reap the benefits of being in POWER. We do no have a King.

Obama believes the Constitution is a “living document” and in the 2001 radio interview, said:

If you look at the victories and failures of the civil rights movement and its litigation strategy in the court, I think where it succeeded was to invest formal rights in previously dispossessed people, so that now I would have the right to vote. I would now be able to sit at the lunch counter and order and as long as I could pay for it I’d be OK.

But, the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth, and of more basic issues such as political and economic justice in society. To that extent, as radical as I think people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical. It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution, at least as it's been interpreted, and the Warren Court interpreted in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. Says what the states can't do to you. Says what the federal government can't do to you, but doesn't say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf.

And that hasn't shifted and one of the, I think, tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court-focused I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change. In some ways we still suffer from that.

The MGM Mirage Chief Executive Officer James Murren was interviewed February 2010, on Fox News and he stated, “I am a conservative Republican, but I am going to support Harry Reid because he helped our company with the new casino.”

No, Mr. Murren you are not a conservative Republican, you are a whore. That’s OK because prostitutions legal in Nevada.
